Hi, I was our shopping etc, and I saw a van that said that refrigeration services were available.

”007 REFRIGERATION.. licensed to chill”

It made me smile, and it got me wondering if any others had spotted an eye catching slogan.

I like a sign near me that says "LITTERING LINKED TO LOW IQ"

A shop near me,
"Veggie Perrins...I didn't get where I am today by eating meat"

Used to be a greengrocers I knew called Melon-Cauli. Always made me smile

Several years ago Milletts had a sign “Tis the winter of our discounted tents” which I thought was great.

We were away a number of years ago, possibly Edinburgh, and a gully emptier passed us with the website address of wemoveshit.co.uk (or something similar).
It made us laugh

There is a farm shop near us with a butchers counter. The front door has a poster of Lionel Ritchie captioned "Hello, is it meat you're looking for?"

A couple of work vans. There’s a window cleaner near me with a van in the Only Fools & Horses logo - his company name is Only Poles & Hoses.

Not really an advertising slogan but the other day I was behind a window cleaner's van that had a sticker saying 'No Fairy Liquid left in this van overnight' which made me smile.

We drove past a church the other day with a sign up saying 'seven days without prayer makes one weak'. I loved that, I hope they have congregation who were drawn to their pun based preaching.

I've remembered another one. The lingerie shop Agent Provocateur in the Royal Exchange used to have a sign up when they had a sale on saying "KNICKERS DOWN" .

Not a shop but I walked past a regular house called Fookem Hall once.

Where I grew up there was a fried chicken shop called "Kent Tuck-In Fried Chicken". It was not in Kent. It was near Wolverhampton. I think KFC were actually trying to sue them. Not sure what happened.

There's a decorator round by me now who has his van all done up like a policy van and has "NYPD" emblazoned on the side. Underneath it says "North Yorkshire Painting and Decorating".

A local gym had an ad saying "Fed up of being fat an ugly? Just be ugly" followed by the gym details.

Growing up there was a Chinese takeaway called Wok This Way. It was in the 90s so not long after the song by Run DMC and Aerosmith.
