Mine would be Ben Fogle. I love his series BF New lives in the wild. He comes across as such a caring, compassionate and down to earth person. He’s a great listener and loves to hear real people’s life stories. He also looks like he gives great hugs!

Josh Widdicombe. We are both shameless 90s nostalgic's, so would be guaranteed hours of conversation!

It’s interesting that until the 3rd page when the JKR set showed up almost none of the celebrities mentioned were Gender Critical.

Not sure what the says about MN. I’ll ponder it for now 🤔

How many celebrities are brave enough to openly say they are GC? So openly GC celebrities are not likely to crop up much in a thread which is about literally any celebrity.

How do you know? They might be. Besides, there is a lot more to JK than being ‘just’ gender critical.

I’d like her, and I’d also like Eddie Izzard (yes, I appreciate that this is hard to square in some people’s heads). In spite of their differences, they are both smart as hell, eloquent, compassionate, and I’d like to hang out with them. Maybe not at the same time, but it’s important to me that my friends don’t necessarily all have exactly the same beliefs or attitudes as me.

My kids played Uno once with Sara Cox’s kids at Camp Bestival and I was soooo restrained not to turn around and tell her how much I admire her.
