I watched a bit of their series last night and felt really quite envious afterwards and am not usually like that.
They are both extremely wealthy, raised with money, young, good looking, healthy, big families, the best of everything in life.

They seem lovely, some people really do get it all though don’t they!

Commenting on someones appearance is shitty.

Only treating people you consider your close friends decently is shitty.

Thinking you can "honestly assess" the sexuality of a person who you dont know is shitty.

The implication of your honest assessment of someone's sexuality as a negative is shitty.

I felt envious of their nice house but that was it. Felt really sorry for Jamie in how he spoke about his childhood, boarding school, bulimia etc. Of course many people have it far worse but his mum came across really cold I thought. Sad

I saw them at a service station and had no idea who they were. Must have been noticeable though, as commented to my eldest that the really blond bloke had a face like thunder. At which point she advised me who they were - I was still none the wiser!

I briefly met Jamie about 10 years ago, he was doing some promotional material for his candy kittens sweets (to be fair he has made a big success out of them) he was of course younger than but thought he was very in love with himself but I'd say most guys at the age he was with money, fame and fairly good looking probably are 🤣
However he does seem to have built on made in Chelsea and him and Sophie have done well to get themselves a show on Disney+.

Things are definitely easier with family money and support behind you but there's plenty of people with that who still fail at their ventures whereas Jamie seems to have made the best of the opportunities he has been given so good on him

These london visuals are making the show worth watching as well - love it

but they both tell you they are crippled with anxiety.

she wouldn’t let anyone kiss the baby, pretty much called him useless and wouldn’t really let him help with their son. Then you have him there really trying but being told his parenting is not good enough. Will need to build up looking after him an hr at a time

I didn’t think there was anything to be envious about, their interactions with each other are awkward & she is horrible to him all the time. I thought it was just a put on thing for social media but its not

I actually now feel really sorry for him seeing the mum, they looked through the photo album and looking at the picture of the nanny and the mum saying ‘Oh she was fabulous, we’d be in Miami or wherever and she’d fly Jamie out to wherever we were if we wanted’ that and him being sent away at such a young age to boarding school 😔 I don’t know how you could do that to a little child
