Are you concerned that Trump has totally lost his marbles?

Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the Fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah. President DONALD J. TRUMP

His own niece, Mary Trump, highly qualified in the mental health field, has been warning about him for years. She stated he'd become a dictator in one of her many media discussions. It has also been observed by another in the USA medical field that he is behaving in a far more deranged manner this second term, compared to his first. Perhaps it is age, dementia (vascular dementia has been mentioned), but coupled with his thin skin (undoubtedly due to his upbringing - lack of maternal care as a toddler. his mother was hospitalised) coupled with a brutal father obsessed with making money, he has a unique combination of a potential personality disorder due to childhood neglect, dementia and the position of the most powerful man in the world. I honestly think Ivanka is the only person who can likely have any influence on the man - he listens to nobody, sacks anyone who questions him (see Anthony Scaramucci's many interviews - theres a great one out there live, with Emily Maitlis) he's also on TRIP US podcast with Katy Kay every week - both know him personally.

Gcol · 06/04/2026 08:31

He is every word that you can describe a bad leader.

He’s a petulant narcissist bully. He is one of those if he hears stuff he doesn’t like, he sticks his fingers in his ears and makes random noises.

He is full of lies, WH hides most of these.

He called Bruce Springsteen, a prune. Said by someone who looks like Jabba the Hutt from Star Wars

Papercompany · 06/04/2026 08:32

I hate Trump so much and if I live to be a thousand I'll never understand how Americans are still supporting him.

Why did he say 'praise be to Allah? Surely this would piss off lots of Muslims? A very dangerous game? And surely it wouldn't appeal to all the American religious fanatics who do support him?

@Livelovebehappy
Are you actually saying Trump is COMPETENT??? The crazy loon who started this idiotic war without any reason or strategy? More competent than Harris or Biden? Even at his worst moments Biden was more coherent and “with it” than Trump at his best moments.

At the election there was no reason to believe Trump wasn't well. But Biden was clearly ill. The electorate had two options until only a few months before the vote. Harris was unpopular amongst even the Democrats so was never going to get in. At the time of the election Trump was not displaying any mental issues. Simple as that really. If you dont think the Democrats bear any responsibility then thats your opinion. Mine is different. 🤷‍♀️

CambersHabituee · 06/04/2026 08:43

Yes completely agree it was obvious Biden was not fit to stand for ages - the democrats definitely bear some fault.

oneoneone · 05/04/2026 21:42

Ah, yes. The you shouldn't have worn a short skirt if you didn't want to be assaulted theory of politics.

That doesnt make sense and not comparable with what i said? Whether black brown or white has no bearing on who you are as a person. You can be incompetent whatever the colour of your skin. You do know that?

The Democrats are responsible for their loss but not for what Trump is doing.

I didn't think that would be technically possible anymore. Didn't MN disable that to stop people NC'ing numerous times in the same thread.

I assume it's possible if you re-register under a different name.

CharlotteRumpling · 06/04/2026 08:55

I have a sibling in the US in a red state. She was saying that much of the news omits Trump's unhinged rants, Including the one in which he said the U.S can't afford daycare or medicare.

Is this true? Is the news censored or santised?

IdentityCris · 06/04/2026 09:00

Livelovebehappy · 05/04/2026 21:22

The colour of her skin never came into it. She was incompetent on every level. The thing is, if the Democrats had fielded an alternative earlier on, to the incompetent Biden, there’s a strong possibility Trump would not have been voted in. The entire blame for this shit show sits squarely at the feet of the Democrat party. I wonder if anyone has been held accountable for what happened there? I’m guessing not…..The fact they fielded a senile old man, knowingly, until the last minute, is shameful beyond belief.

How can Democrats possibly have "entire" responsibility for it all? Did they nominate or vote for Trump? Is it there a democratic majority in the House of Representatives and Senate? Was it the democrats who defeated previous impeachment votes? Is it democrats supporting nonsense like unlawful imposition of tariffs?

A black woman was never going to be elected president in one of the most racist and misogynist countries in the world. It had absolutely nothing to do with competence. We wouldn’t be where we are now if it had.

Petrolitis · 06/04/2026 09:10

If he were to use a nuclear weapon on Iran it would effect Isreal so he won’t do that.

In what way would it effect Israel though ?

Iran is a thousand miles from Israel, and Iran is the size of Europe. My fear is that it won't effect any other countries if he drops a nuke. Not in terms of nuke fall-out anyway.

Doteycat · 05/04/2026 21:35

Seriously
How much kool aid did you drink.
This BS doesnt wash anymore.
The fault lies ENTIRELY with anyone who voted for this moron.
End of fucking story. Im shit sick of this bullshit. But biden.
Ye are a fucking disgrace.
She was MORE than qualified. MORE than.
Fucking shameful.

She really really wasn’t competent. She was very unpopular even amongst the Democratic voters. You’re patronising Harris to suggest that because she black that her flaws should have been overlooked. If you want to suggest it was a female problem, I’m with you. I think America isnt there yet with voting in a woman as president. Hilary Clinton didn’t get in either, even though she was more than competent. There’s still a very sexist culture in America. But please don’t always make it about skin colour. Obhama was a great president and well respected. And btw, not necessary for the expletives and rant which made your post disjointed. You can get your opinion across without it….

At the election, Trump was an convicted felon. And he was still spreading lies about the stolen votes. Surely you remember Jan 6th?

And then Biden stood down and Harris became the Democrats candidate.

Obama? I might agree with the misogynistic part, but don’t think the skin colour had any relevance.

Biden stepped down with literally only a few months before the election, when there had clearly been big issues well before that. The Democrats might have been able to work on Harris’s popularity if he had stepped down months earlier. They knew she wasn’t popular but threw her in anyway. Trump should never have got in, and a large part of why he got in was down to the Democratic men in dark suits behind the scenes refusing to release their grip on the power they had in puppeteering Biden.

This is what happens when people with no political experience are allowed into top politics jobs. Business and politics simply don't work in the same way, and you can't apply to same ways of working. Trump is dangerously unhinged.

It's not like Trump was ever a good businessman anyway. He was a serial failure, an absolute joke through the 80s and 90s. But then he gets the TV gig and suddenly people think that he knows what he's talking about.

Much of the local news networks are now owned by sympathetic Trumpist syndications (Sinclair being one)

She was competent enough, absolutely no doubt about that. The bias against her was too strong and it's hard for Americans to accept how deep-seated that was. They just didn't like her persona or what she stood for (too much of an urban and secular flair about her), but don't insult her competence. She was definitely good enough.
