I have never heard this before . I assume that this is not accurate at all .( also assume applying to uk) .

Reform getting in worries me a hell of a lot more than anything about "people who aren't white."

By that measure, my friend, whose South Asian forebears came to live in the UK sometime in the 1920s, is white. That'll come as news to him, as he's very brown and has been subjected to racist abuse and racist violence.

Matt Goodwin's definition of "white British" would also include descendants of the Windrush generation, as long as both their parents were born in the UK. I'm sure they'll be surprised to learn they're white.

What about Albanians? They are white, but they're also Muslims, and they're a big and growing immigrant community in England. They must actually make some racists' heads explode.

If you're worried about womens' rights your concerns should be a lot more urgent than the 2050s. The Republicans are systematically removing womens' rights in the USA and if they achieve their desired outcome of removing the vote from women, it's all over.

Have a look at some of the most genetically stirred-up populations in the world, in Central Asia, Afghanistan, etc. You'll see people with skin of all colours, with red hair, brown hair, even natural blonde hair occasionally. You'll see people with blue, green, hazel and brown eyes. So don't panic, poppet, morphological diversity will continue.
