I read this ( not daily mail!) on MN -is this actually a true / statistical prediction?

I have never heard this before . I assume that this is not accurate at all .( also assume applying to uk) .

Why? What is it about whiteness that is deserving of anything? What is it about any skin colour that is deserving of anything? You are still equating skin colour with culture, morals, beliefs, behaviour and full scale humanity. It's absolutely ridiculous - and you accuse those who say skin colour is not relevant of being racist.

If you mean skin tone, then no I don't think it matters how much melanin anyone has.
I also don't care about: eye colour, hair colour, whether people can roll their tongues, how their earlobes are attached or freckles.

It's because people don't see skin colour as their defining feature. It doesn't mean anything about them.
People care about their families, their communities and their cultural celebrations but that isn't the same as skin colour.
My culture isn't 'white'. My lifestyle isn't 'white'. My family isn't all 'white'.

Why wouldn't it be fine? My dd is mixed race, and therefore not white. Do I think it would be better for Britain if she was white? No, of course I don't. Do I think it would be better for our society if there weren't too many people who looked like her? No, of course I don't. Do I think she, and others who look like her are presenting any sort of threat to British culture? No, of course I don't.

Some of us are more interested in the content of people's characters than the colour of their skin.

I don't care if there are fewer white people in the world. I do care if there are fewer good people in the world. I would be delighted to see fewer racists in the world.

You're still not getting it.

Skin colour in and of itself is not a quality that is deserving of anything. Not white, not brown, not purple. Skin colour is meaningless - unless you attach qualities to it, which is irrational. If you peel off a person's skin (ok, they would be dead), that wouldn't change the merits or otherwise of that person. And I need to be clear with you on this: I do not advocate peeling anyone's skin off.

You're the one that is fixated on skin colour. Most of us on here believe all humans beings have an equal right to thrive. We also believe that demographics change, cultures change, life changes because change is inevitable.

Nobody is arguing for white people to be rounded up and exterminated.

If the overall number of white people in the world declines, this could be a) because white people are choosing for whatever reason not to have as many kids and/or b)because white people are having more children in interracial marriages which produce mixed race kids.

If people are choosing not to have kids, then that is surely up to them? It is happening across the developed world and not only in majority white countries. Do you think we should be forcing white women to have kids if they decide they don't want them?

And if they're having mixed race kids because they're in interracial relationships, then what's the problem exactly? Do you have an issue with this?

I'm not sure how you think the post reads with those "minor changes", because I don't think your changes make any difference at all. The point is that skin colour is not important, and your changes merely reinforce that point.
