I've had too much time on my hands this week due to illness and I've gone down a rabbit hole with the epstein files.
Is anyone else struggling after reading this vile stuff?
I'm absolutely reeling and feel physically sick to my core. The world I thought we lived in doesn't exist (and probably never did in my lifetime).
It appears that not one single man involved will be held accountable. They are all being protected and the whole thing is being brushed under the carpet.
Why is this barely being reported on? Where are the protests? Are we being desensitised to this evil?
Can anyone help me make sense of this? 😢

I've been watching it on Twitter. Every day there's something more horrifying being exposed. I don't know why it's not front page news on every news outlet 24/7. I'm not going to repeat the allegations here, but my god, it feels like the conspiracy theorists were right, and that it looks like a worldwide network of depraved men who have conspired together to indulge their lusts, whilst regarding the populations as pp to be manipulated and controlled to benefit themselves.

I have no idea how we come back from this tbh.

I have a very jaded view of men in general, and especially of men in positions of trust or power.

Not sure why, but one of the things that horrified me the most was the casual use of the word “pussy” - thrown around like it meant nothing. Vile, disgusting men. I would gladly see to all of them like vet with a pair of house bricks

As someone who has been 'awake' for over a decade and saw things mentioned along these lines over the years, seeing it in black and white like this feels like a confirmation of the absolute evil in this world, and it's unnerving to think what happens next.

All we can do is pray for good, and drown out the evil. Thoughts and beliefs hold power and energy, I've come to really believe this.

Yes this. People are missing the point if they’re just focusing on the (disgusting) individuals concerned. The evidence suggests this system was being run by a very powerful state for blackmail and power purposes, a state that basically owns the media, effectively controls the US and apparently can get away with genocide.

All the people who have tried to speak out have been silenced, branded unhinged, prejudiced and ironically accused of pedophilia. The ‘conspiracy’ theorists were right, unfortunately.

All the people up in arms over the Epstein files (which are horrific, I’m not denying that) - but do you feel the same outrage over the grooming gangs? Which affected many more children, up and down the country. Where is the outrage about that?

Well she’s serving a sentence for her own crimes. Let’s not imply she has any degree of innocence. But yes..where are the men in prison?

And NO, it's not being reported in MSM. Yes, were hearing about Andrew and Mandelson, but the actual details of what's being exposed in the emails isn't . There's been 3'million pages dumped, so that's a huge amount to go through and of course it will take time and thankfully, there's a lot of pp who are taking the time to go through it, but so far we've had references to torture, murder, trafficking, transing children, eugenics, how to deal with the problem of poor people, and the last thing I saw, how to engineer an STI which will increase women's libido. And so many pp, Harvard intellectuals, business owners, politicians, pp like Woody Allen, Deepak Chopra. It will all come out in the end, but it feels so much darker and more depraved than any of us could have ever imagined...

It is headline news but so much is redacted it’s hard to hold people to account. There were People who know exactly what went on. There is more evidence and there are hundreds of witnesses, and…. Nothing.

Did a new crimes list just drop about the grooming scandal? No then stfu. Why do you think people are talking about the Epstein files? The president of the USA is a potential pedophile and you somehow want to say look over there…
Look at the files they are taking about murder, cannibalism and child torture on a grand scale.

I think it's possible to feel outraged about both at the same time tbh. It's just male violence against vulnerable women, whatever form it takes.

Exactly. It’s really odd that some people only seem to care about women and children when they think perpetrators of the violence might be Muslim.

Decent human beings care about all victims. This latest scandal involves some of the most powerful people in our society. Of course we’re talking about it.

Maybe conspiracy theorists chatting about Hollywood/ Disney/ elite paedophile rings murdering up to hundreds of thousands of children aren't as barmy as they sound. Although the 'remains are pushed into food chain to get rid of evidence' could be pushing it, although at this point just about anything is possible, I'm getting to the point of wondering just how evil these people could be and what will eventually will be exposed.

Whatever the truth is its vile and those involved deserve to be exposed.

I doubt it. With all the blood sacrifice mentions in the Abrahamic religions, the ongoing suppression of women, the fact there isn’t a single book in the Bible written by a woman, and the fact that most of the evil men in this Epstein scandal presented themselves as Christians I think organised religion would be the last place to turn.

Isnt there a story in the Old Testament about god asking Abraham to kill his son as a blood sacrifice, only to change his mind at the last minute?

It also reminds me of things that came out after the Diddy case. There was one young woman who claimed to have been trafficked and was at his freak out parties. The similarities are striking. There's no way of knowing how much of it is true, but at this point, who knows?
