I've had too much time on my hands this week due to illness and I've gone down a rabbit hole with the epstein files.
Is anyone else struggling after reading this vile stuff?
I'm absolutely reeling and feel physically sick to my core. The world I thought we lived in doesn't exist (and probably never did in my lifetime).
It appears that not one single man involved will be held accountable. They are all being protected and the whole thing is being brushed under the carpet.
Why is this barely being reported on? Where are the protests? Are we being desensitised to this evil?
Can anyone help me make sense of this? 😢

It's one of those occasions where I don't feel surprised at all. And I don't feel any kind of, I don't the right word, "momentum" I think is the closest, where you feel with the unveiling of a scandal, of a crime, that people will be charged, and convicted, and things will change. At the moment I suppose it's looking possible that Mandelson will be offered up for justice at most.

Except Gibson has been MAGA for a while and it's pretty clear that the MAGA elite is firmly part of the swamp.

This has been on my mind for days now, I am so horrified by what is coming out, but sadly not surprised. There is no trust in society, it is everywhere.

Apparently the Wayfair 'conspiracy' has truth to it, the one about very expensive items of furniture being sold, very expensive furniture with human names. All the conspiracies are proving to be true. It's insidious.

I have noticed that in our culture, being concerned about CSA is coded as low-status. Too often people who are worried about this issue are presented as pitch-fork wielding, paediatrician-attacking scum, or as tin-foil hat wearing, right wing nut jobs. This is very convenient for paedophiles, as it shuts people up and stops them talking about what they have noticed. Thought-terminating terms like ‘conspiracy-theorist’ and the story about chavs attacking a paediatrician (which never actually happened btw) need to retired.

For those of you asking where you can read about it, I'd strongly suggest you dont. I'm not going to post any specific links on here, as I don't know the motivations of posters. However, its all on Twitter if pp are minded to look.

I work with a man who is very dismissive of the EF and claims that most of it is lies, trafficked women and girls were prostitutes so therefore consented to whatever was done to them, and Donald Trump is a clever man who is not guilty of anything.
I cannot go down the rabbit hole of the EFs because it’s too much, but I’m sick of hearing men defend other men like this.
Is Trump innocent? Or is he using his power to cover his files up?

Ditto anyone who 1) thinks it was just men involved; it wasn’t 2) thinks the victims were women and girls. There were boys and babies too. Anyone who’s read the files knows it’s not being properly reported on, and the fixation on AMW and PM is a smokescreen. Even the PM stuff is only partially reported

I love the gospel of MM, anything that uplifts the Divine Feminine and I love historical Jesus.

I think people may become more spiritual as a result, but non dualistic spirituality ie faith in the good and life force within, rather than looking outside themselves for an external paternal god figure in organised religion to come and save them. Which incidentally is a bit like the way thst we have been pedestaling celebrities and rich people. Jesus and MM’s teachings are consistent with this. The Kingdom is within and all that. The rest of the Bible, not so much.
