I believe the ransom deadline has also passed.

Bit of a coincidence that she was interviewing Epstein victims and Trump is the most mentioned person in the files - mentioned thousands of times.

apparsntly the police have been searching a dry river bed and a street near the daughters house (not the famous daughter).

But if Trump was worried and wanted to silence SG, why wouldn’t he just have her bumped off? Why arrange for her elderly mother to be kidnapped, what does it achieve?

I think disconnected just means the oacemaker is far away from her phone and the app that controls it.

He’s having journalists arrested and detained for nothing more than stating factually correct information about him. The man is a convicted felon (34 times) married to an ‘immigrant’ and Ivanka was too. The hypocrisy is insane.

It’s rhe oddest thing isn’t it and must be very rare, I do fear for this lady, however I could see a situation where someone who needed rhe money and is a fundamental criminal may attempt this, as stupid as it is. Kidnap and cold blooded murder are very different things though, and one can lead to the other is a desperate situation, and I am unsure if proof of life has been provided.

This still doesn’t make any sense. You said he had targeted SG because she had dirt on him. Now you’re saying he just wanted an opportunity to blame a crime on an illegal immigrant… so in that case he could have kidnapped any random for the same effect. Furthermore, an illegal isn’t even being blamed for this - current prime suspect appears to be an American Citizen known to the family.

Look we all hate Trump, but that’s no reason to lose all powers of mental reasoning.

You still haven’t explained why he would employ a bumbling idiot to kidnap an elderly lady rather than just target SG herself. Your two suggested motives have been to silence SG, and/or to implicate illegal immigrants to increase political tension. He has achieved neither of those in what has happened.

Being capable of doing something like this doesn’t mean he actually did it.

@ProfessionalPirate The motive is to stir up more hatred and to silence her and frighten other journalists in to staying quiet or their family members might be targeted. They chose the mother in particular because a, easy target, b, close family member to journalist, c, will really terrify and tug on the heart strings of the general public and will make the mainstream news. Now Trump will swoop in, blame this random brown man, and he’s a hero again for saving the day.

Yes ICE are certainly idiots but if Trump had done this I don’t think he would have sent an ICE agent.

What do you mean by silenced then? Do you think Trump’s hoping SG will work out it was him and be too scared to talk for fear of further retaliation? Nah, I’m not buying it.

It’s a nonsensical motive for in order for it to work, it would require widespread certainty amongst all journalists that he did it and what it meant, while at the same time maintaining steadfast innocence amongst the rest of the general public. All while praying that everyone involved tows the line and it doesn’t backfire spectacularly.

It’s never too far fetched when you’re dealing with Trump.
