No, I do live in a Scottish village though! Not quaint, not a fancy wee place at all but we love it here. We'd only planned to stay for 5 years and then move to somewhat more remote, but we've been here for 30 years now!

I pulled a muscle playing a tennis match today. It's at the level now where it doesn't hurt if I'm sitting still.

@Squeakydogtoy what shade of brown? There are some really interesting shades. Our house is tricky so have gone for sort of wedgewood colours,pinks,blues,greens..all Annie Sloan. Have tried loads of diff ones and brands but her ones seem to work..tho pricey!

Unfortunately and fortunately for me I know why my anxiety is sky high tonight. Because I have been delaying a conversation I need to have with the ex (kids father) about going on holiday later in the year. He’s threatened to report them as kidnapped if I take them abroad out of spite because he’s not in a position to do so. So need to hopefully come to a resolve soon so i don’t have to go through the courts for permission to take my own kids on holiday 🙄

have had quite the successful day, deep cleaning two rooms of my flat and taking stuff to the car to go to the dump
