Neighbour blocking drive way

Car has broken down and I have asked many occasions to get car moved

1 tow truck to garage
2 hand brake off and move it
3 contact landlord to sort this out

AIBU to wanting to use my drive way??
and it infuriating they basically look at me like I’m mad and I shouldn’t have access to my driveway

can I pay a tow person to remove the vehicle?

So just park next to them, or drive round and park in front of them.

Park on his driveway then.

Yep he will move the car pretty quick then!

All the houses have drive ways - it wasn’t built on!
and the other pavement is shared I suspect but it’s council property
