Asda are the worst supermarket

The service from Asda is getting worse and worse.

My recent order didn't arrive even though it says delivered. Customer service are terrible - saying they can't get hold of the store and to call back later. Next attempt they put me on hold and then the call just ended.

Think I'm going to delete my account and never shop there again.

AIBU to think they are the worst supermarket in the UK?

We’re using Sainsbo’s atm but are also considering Tesco. Fruit and veg I buy in M & S.
It wouldn’t surprise me if Asda is losing a lot of custom. What fools they are in the current economic climate.

No, prices aren’t “batshit”, if you mean expensive. Which consistently rates Asda as one of the cheapest supermarkets.

Yes. Since they updated the app it’s almost unusable, the subs are becoming increasingly ridiculous, the rewards thing is now completely worthless, and don’t even get me started on the stuff that’s “unavailable” yet when you go to the store the shelves are piled high.

Regarding the rewards....I received a £6 voucher 6 weeks ago for spending a certain amount of money in store.
Since then even though I have spent in access of £500 on food alone, my "Pounds not prizes" has rewarded me.....ZILCH.

You have to be careful shopping in person in Asda. Their “rollback” prices are often missed when you scan. Yesterday I bought an item advertised at £2.74, but it scanned at £3.65. Luckily I spotted it but made me wonder what else I’ve missed…

Yeah I switched to Tesco for the same reason.

But must admit I do miss their curries. They are great. Also their cheap cheese is better than Tescos.
