I’ve just checked and no one will be surprised to learnt that yes Andrew does get paid for security . Most recently to the Duchess of Kent’s funeral. No questions asked.

Harry and his wife and children will only get security on application . Harry’s crime was to leave and write a (mild) book about his experiences .
