Since when is it ok to victim blame and penalise people who have done nothing wrong? Surely the right course of action would be either to ban ALL fans of both sides or better police the event?

Yes small areas will start declaring their own ‘rules’ which the government will not have the balls to stop, and the smiling tolerant lefties will say ‘how does it affect you? The police haven't said "no Jews can come to the match", nor have they said "no Israeli citizens can come to the match". They have said "no MTA fans can come to match".
