Yes and I need to cut it back and eat better.

RedRedCapris · 04/10/2025 20:38

Yes, yes, yes

EmpressaurusKitty · 04/10/2025 20:39

A couple of squares a day of 100% cocoa chocolate.

It took some working up to but now I love it.

LazySunbedDays · 04/10/2025 20:42

I don’t have a particularly sweet tooth but was given some amazing handmade chocolates and they are gorgeous, so am having one of those every evening once I sit down to relax for the evening.
I used to have a packet of crisps with my lunch but have had new teeth so can’t eat crisps anymore 😭

Toofficeornot · 04/10/2025 20:43

Yes but I am overweight.
I have been slim.
I have got into a habit of easy snacking and trying to find some will power. I don't currently have any other vices or a very good social life due to kids, so I find enjoyment in it where I should really take up a hobby that isnt eating a whole packet of matchmakers to myself of an evening.

Squidgoals · 04/10/2025 20:44

Yes I do. Not loads, maybe a madeleine or half a Eccles cake. And maybe once a week I’ll scoff mindfully savour bag of chocolate raisins

onlyhereforthefood · 04/10/2025 20:44

Multiple times a day, actually.

GAJLY · 04/10/2025 20:48

CustardySergeant · 04/10/2025 20:16

I don't. I can't eat anything that isn't under 5% fat. That's no chocolate, biscuits, cake, cheese, butter and a hundred other (lovely) things.

I'm also on a low fat diet! Nothing over 5 percent fat. Its working really well so far!

RedRec · 04/10/2025 20:49

Every single day. Don't keep biscuits in the house but I always have a KitKat Chunky. And a packet of crisps. I eat very healthy stuff apart from that.
BMI is around 25.5 and I am ok with that.

Moonlightfrog · 04/10/2025 20:49

I do. Life’s too short.
I am not overweight, I exercise a lot, I have a balanced diet with includes cake, biscuits and chocolate in moderation.

Notmymarmosets · 04/10/2025 20:08

Yes and I am no longer overweight. Mounjaro. I just eat less of everything.

Same. Really love hotel chocolat products. Have one a day or a biscuit with a coffee. Maintained for a year, so obviously not done me any harm.

dontmalbeconme · 04/10/2025 20:52

No, I'm diabetic. But even before the T2 diagnosis, no, probably once a month or so. I dont have a sweet tooth. Life isn't fair!

SlothCat · 04/10/2025 20:52

Yup, every evening after dinner. I have some chocolate, ice cream or biscuit. I tend not to eat that stuff during the day anymore because I'm trying to be more careful with sugar and my teeth. But I don't feel like the day is complete without something sweet in the evening! I'm a healthy weight and just make sure I've calorie counted whatever I'm having

idontwanttomissathing · 04/10/2025 20:54

Yes. Everyday. Always have. Today a Mars bar and 4 Tunnocks tea cakes. 54 5ft 2 7 stone.

Goinggreymammy · 04/10/2025 20:55

Yes. Every day.

In 2020 i stopped eating after dinner (dinner 5pm with the kids) and cut out all biscuits, sweets, crisps and I lost almost 2 Stone! I should do this again. But i like sweet things.

Yes. Never used to but let go of all that stuff a while ago. If i eat too "clean" I feel slightly depressed

Toomanywaterbottles · 04/10/2025 20:58

Yes, I do.

No, I don't have a sweet tooth. Can't remember the last time I ate a biscuit ... maybe last Christmas? Chocolate ... at least two or three months ago, possibly more.

arcticpandas · 04/10/2025 21:00

Chocolate every day! As dessert after dinner, around 50 g. Healthy Bmi so no reason to not enjoy life..

Happiestathome · 04/10/2025 21:03

Yes, every day when I get back from work. I eat 3 meals a day and always my treat. If I’m feeling rubbish I’ll eat multiple treats. I am low/healthy BMI. I eat portioned treats (pack of 2 mr Kipling/chocolate bar/piece of cake) more than biscuits from a packet, as I rarely have the self control to have just a few. Mindlessly dunking biscuits in a cup of tea after a rough day is so good, but not for every day.

unsync · 04/10/2025 21:07

Nope. These should not be everyday foods.

Littleguggi · 04/10/2025 21:09

Yes, altho i have reduced it to a few squares of 85% dark chocolate instead of a bar/cake/biscuit

Curlewcurfew · 04/10/2025 21:09

Of course!

seaelephant · 04/10/2025 21:09

Yes, after every single meal. I don't have many vices but I can't live without my sweet treats
