Personally I do but I feel it’s fine

Yes and that's why I'm fatter than I want to be.

Notashamed13 · 04/10/2025 20:04

Not since Mounjaro😂 before then.....yes
......far too many everyday! Fair play if you can moderate your intake, I dont think "one a day" is bad!

JDM625 · 04/10/2025 20:05

No- because I don't.

Amiwrong101 · 04/10/2025 20:05

Yes I do within reason (I wouldn’t eat a choc bar everyday but a biscuit yes) then again I exercise and I’m very active. I couldn’t not have something I enjoyed most days - unless I don’t fancy it then I won’t of course.

OodlesTheTalkingPoodle · 04/10/2025 20:05

Yes. And I eat butter out of the tub 🤭

coffeeagogo · 04/10/2025 20:06

No as I have changed my diet over the last year and cut out ultra processed food and it has been a game changer for me. I do eat lots of cheese and nuts though, which are delicious so I still have treats

Blarn · 04/10/2025 20:06

Yes, I did for the 30 odd years of my life I was very slim and I continue to do so bow I am overweight because a cup of coffee and a dark chocolate digestive in the afternoon makes me happy.

DashboardConfession · 04/10/2025 20:06

No. But if I could eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight I'd eat crisps every day.

Yes. And I eat butter out of the tub 🤭

I like little chunks of fridge cold salted butter!

Robertplantgoddess · 04/10/2025 20:08

Yep. Every day I say I'm not going to. I do ok if I dont buy them in and I'm a lazy cow so I don't go out deliberately to buy them.

Notmymarmosets · 04/10/2025 20:08

Yes and I am no longer overweight. Mounjaro. I just eat less of everything.

Notashamed13 · 04/10/2025 20:09

Ps. Jammy Dodgers are on offer as a loss leader in Asda at 25p a pack!

Squishydishy · 04/10/2025 20:09

Yes but I’m fairly slim as I’m running around after small children all day

Barney16 · 04/10/2025 20:09

Yes everyday. And possibly (probably) a cake too.

Nagaa · 04/10/2025 20:09

No. I have a little bit of chocolate or a biscuit on the weekend, but definitely not as standard.

WrylyAmused · 04/10/2025 20:10

No. Biscuits barely ever, chocolate maybe once a month. But I'm not very fond of them to start with, so I also eat them as often as I fancy having them.

Cheese is my weakness.

EleanorReally · 04/10/2025 20:10

i try not to, i can go without but love cheese and crckers

Snugglemonkey · 04/10/2025 20:10

No. Not because of any great capacity for self discipline or anything. I am just not v into sweet stuff. Now crisps and cheese....well they are why I am overweight!

GargoylesofBeelzebub · 04/10/2025 20:11

Yes. Just a square of chocolate or similar. Not very much.

EvangelicalAboutButteredToast · 04/10/2025 20:12

Absolutely. I am a healthy weight and I eat crisps and chocolate every day.

Thingyfanding1 · 04/10/2025 20:13

Yes most days.

QueenStevie · 04/10/2025 20:13

Absolutely. Several biscuits in fact. And usually a packet of crisps.

pinkbackground · 04/10/2025 20:13

Yep. Biscuits and some chocolate each day. I do a manual job though so snack on them during the day.

CustardySergeant · 04/10/2025 20:16

I don't. I can't eat anything that isn't under 5% fat. That's no chocolate, biscuits, cake, cheese, butter and a hundred other (lovely) things.

Doyouthinktheyknow · 04/10/2025 20:17

Used to eat lots every day, I stopped as part of an overhaul of my diet and I’ve lost more than 3 and a half stone.

I do feel these foods are addictive and breaking that was hard, I rarely eat them now as I fear a slippery slope!

Can say I miss them, my tastes have changed and I enjoy fruits and healthier foods much more now.
