Girly dinner this week - not the classiest of conversations but it was somehow brought up that I use the loo at work for all ‘eventualities’.

They were horrified and said it’s strictly wee only for them.

Am I really that unusual?!

Of course - then I'm being paid to poop ! If i need to go I'm not holding in it - that's what a toilet is for.

I'm on a very boring zoom call and had to go off camera because I'm dying of laughter.

Who are these people that can hold it in for hours? Same for people who can just "go for a poo" actually. Mine comes when it comes and its coming out- wont be forced out either 😆

I double checked to make sure your username wasn’t bear related! I think you will be more embarrassed to be caught curling one out in the undergrowth one day than having your colleagues know you went for a poo in the work toilet.

I’m mortified I did a fart that echoed in the toilet bowl today. I was trying to go for a stealth poo. I’ve spent years avoiding doing it at work, but needs must these days. It’s just one staff loo but you can hear everything that goes on in there from the office or corridor. I had laid t.p in the bowl to prevent the telltale splashdown, but had to abort the mission once the loud fart slipped out. I’m still cringing.

I used to be like this and I constantly had a sore stomach, bloating and windy pains. Now I just go when I need to and don't really care tbh.

I prefer not to, more comfortable at home- but I equally won't spend the day in pain if I need to go.

I do try and avoid it, largely as the flushes on our work toilets are awful!

It's probably just an indication that you have nice quick reliable poos. I wouldn't go at work because I might get stuck there half-in-half-out or one that won't wipe or flush. I envy you your gut transit honestly.

There are far worse places than work to have to have a poo!

I prefer to pooh at home because I like to read, relax etc. but I don't often need to go at work, maybe twice a year? My body likes to pooh in the evening.

My fil walks to Asda to poo when they stay with us 😂 I think a loo is for poo and wee whatever the location. I used to be very regular and go first thing in the morning but now it’s far less predictable. No idea what changed but if I’ve got to go I’ve got to go and I live an hour from the office so that’s a long time to wait… it would start poking out 😳

I think its something you get over as you get older, i used to be petrified of the idea of someone 'finding out' that i needed a poo in the day time, like it was some sort of crime, now in my 40s I dont care, id even happily say to a colleague " yeah I just unloaded right there, beware"

How long do your poos take that you read? Honestly fascinated. Not sure how much reading I’d achieve in the 60 seconds it takes to sit and poop.
