obviously all the craziness over her divorce, custody arrangements is well documented and iirc she once lost her shit with someone in a car park , proper road rage/parking rage type incident. She really needs therapy/help.

Well if we’re assuming cheating rumours are fact, she cheated on him in 2011 when she was on the Vampire Diaries.

Only the rumour about Alice cheating is a lot more credible since it can’t be traced back to a known domestic abuser who specifically said she would spread lies to ‘ruin’ her partner if he left her.

This. He waited years while Alice continued to ensure there was no chance of repairing the parent / child relationship. How long was he meant to wait?

Whilst she obviously needs help and is coming across very unstable I still think the father of her children should have stayed in the same Country after he left her, ideally in the same City in order to maintain his contact with his children. Those poor kids - neither parent has stepped up for them.

Why on earth do you care? There an awful lot of people on here who are obviously from Tattle or Tittle or whatever it’s called getting their knickers in a knot with slaveish devotion to proving what an upstanding man Ioan is and what a nutter Alive must be. The actual truth is if you weren’t there you don’t know what happened. And you can’t just say it’s all in the court papers because people have been known to lie in court papers. But why on earth ANYONE would spend ANYTIME trawling through court papers for this case is beyond me. It’s bizarre behaviour

So you're saying you never had the curiosity to look up more details about something that seemed fishy? I'm not on Tattle, by the way, but I do know what a DVRO is and I know judges don't hand them out like candy. Only Alice has a DVRO, and a long one at that.

She’s had several MN accounts. Usually gives herself away when she starts using caps locks and misspelling things in a rage.

To be honest it’s about time they did post some truths about her. Her friend Alison Boshoff is a journalist for that paper and has been printing Alice’s lies for the last few years non-stop. They never actually print the facts of the situation which could easily be confirmed if they bothered to look at the publicly available court documents and thousands of pages of evidence filed by Ioan. Thank you Tattle! 🩷

Her behaviour has been appalling and the system has failed the children horrifically. She has tried to destroy Ioan’s career and made it very difficult for him to find work whilst demanding that he fund her a life of luxury. She refuses to work and pay anything towards her own living expenses or her children’s.

She has scammed people with her fraudulent gofundme claiming she needed money for legal bills (Ioan has been paying them so she never needed any money for that) and said she had no money for food. People felt for her and donated whilst she was sitting there with over $80,000 in her account (proven by a forensic accountant in court) - A hell of a lot more than the people who donated to her actually had!

She then restarted her gofraudme and scammed even more money because she was being evicted as she had no money for rent and had nowhere to go (later proven that she did have another home lined up). She was evicted because she willingly chose to stop paying rent and trashed her own credit rating. Again she had the money in the bank.

If a woman had filed over 5,000 pages of evidence against a man breaching a restraining order he would be in prison, yet she gets away with it time and time again.

We’re all supposed to feel sorry for her because “her life was upended when her husband abandoned her” - He didn’t abandon her, he escaped from a wicked, spiteful bully.

I used to be a Ioan fan back in the day and can remember the furore when Alice got his website shut down because she didn't like his fans. IIRC she would stalk the message boards and send abusive messages to anyone who admitted to fancying him. It was all very odd.

I haven't seen much about the marriage split because it seems incredibly toxic but I did feel a wee bit sorry for her at the recent court appearance when he turned up hand in hand with his pregnant wife and she was on her own.

Alice clearly needs help but there are no winners in this situation and it's the children who lose out most of all. I hope all the adults involved will put their egos to one side and do what's best for them.

Didn’t he just give the court evidence of Alice offering his eldest daughter cocaine towards the end of their marriage?

You think that might have helped his case had he actually sought contact via the courts and used the video as evidence? I do.

Pity he chose to sit on it for 5 years, leaving the children in the care of the woman who offered them class A drugs.

I work in the UK family courts and while I don’t disagree with your general view - in my experience over 90% of alienation claims have their roots in the “alienated” parent’s behaviour - there are certainly cases where a child has been used in this way and when it happens, it’s highly abusive and damaging. I still remember a child telling me they wanted dad to die (lots of alienation) and very sadly he did a few weeks later. Will never forget that poor child.

Reading the court papers for the Gruffudd children, it very clearly seems a case of alienating behaviour from Alice, sadly. I expect when her girls become adults, if they make it that far, they’ll cut her out of their lives.

No I have t because I have a very full and happy life that I don’t live vicariously through Ioan and Alice. And no I’m not her. I’ve just looked in the mirror to double check. 😆

I know a lot about this case because the woman involved, Alice, kept appearing in feeds and reports. This was 5 years ago. She was suddenly in everyone’s face complaining about being divorced. And you are exactly right who gives a fuck and why was she getting so much media attention.

Turns out she was a friend of all these reporters and hacks and they were all using their position to push some bs Gilead like stance on divorce. Which f’ed off. I then got confronted with her bs description of unmarried as being lesser people and how she didn’t want to be single. That F’d me off even more.

So I looked. First thing I noticed, it is a case of when you know you know, was she was a drunk and full of shit.

She is woman who goes after women. She denigrates women based on their looks, their status and place in life. She verbally abuses women who try to help her or who get in her way.

But she protected by a cabal of hacks who have protected others in the media when their job is expose them. Which is why so many people on here don’t know the real story.

Because people are saying they feel sorry for her as she is in a bad place after her marriage ended blah blah blah.

The reality is that she has always been like this and is the one responsible for her marriage ending.

Why would you not look? It's basic human curiosity - 'why is that woman moaning on GMTV'? You can't have that full a life - you're on this thread desperately defending Alice Evans! I'd love to know why. I haven't read that much about it all, but I do know she seems indefensible. Even Alastair Campbell couldn't spin that doorbell footage into a good light.

I guess all the nasty posters on here forgot the Be Kind philosophy after someone couldn’t take the gossipy judgement. It’s just trashy to rake over someone else’s issues, whatever the cause. So many saying it’s a mental health issue without any true knowledge but feel able to ‘speak’ like a bully anyway. Grim

The people to feel sorry for in this situation is the daughters. Their damaged mother appears to be solely focused on destroying her ex, with her behaviour escalating. Their father, meanwhile, has moved continents, remarried and is expecting another baby. I'm sad for those girls, neither parent is exactly putting them first in this toxic situation.
