obviously all the craziness over her divorce, custody arrangements is well documented and iirc she once lost her shit with someone in a car park , proper road rage/parking rage type incident. She really needs therapy/help.

There will never be enough money to satisfy Alice. The court made a sensible decision to limit her income to 3k a month. She did keep the family home in the split.

He stopped trying to see the kids when it was obvious that their mental health and wellbeing was being affected by the obstacles Alice was putting in his way. He cares more for them than she does.

He applied for a restraining order a year after he left her. He had already applied to see his children. Indeed he had been seeing his children without a court order until Alice stopped them visiting him. We know she stopped them visiting him because she posted a video deciding to stop visits because she didn’t have to. Her action in preventing contact was entirely malicious.

Why did he have to go to court to get access in the first place? Her responsibility as a parent should have been to enable contact not to block it. She did everything she could to block it and she did it intentionally because she stated this in person and online.

She was already messing with the children’s lives and mental state before he left. Telling them (she was actually threatening them) they would get a new daddy to replace him. Keeping them out of school when she argued with the teachers, and getting them to put their name to statements to defend her when her public ranting got exposed.

This is the woman Ioan chose to leave his children in the care of whilst he started a new family.

You see, Ioan didn’t ask for any of his court documents to be sealed, so it can be seen that he applied for a restraining order for him and his girlfriend, before he ever sought contact with his children.

In fact, as soon as he was awarded contact, he cancelled the first couple of sessions so that he could go on holiday with Bianca. He hadn’t seen the children in over a year at that point.

Let’s stop blaming Alice for Ioan’s lack of action, or care, regarding his children.

It does when you get facts wrong. She was making it impossible for him to have a relationship with HIS children even before she claims to have found out about him and Bianca. His new relationship did not change anything except maybe make her more determined to prevent him having a relationship with them.

He could have stayed celibate forever and worn sack cloth and ashes, it wouldn't have been enough.

Do you really think he could have prevented the children staying with their mother? He has no legal right to remove them! He's shone a light on her behaviour and the courts/social services have done nothing. She has got worse (that we know of) since he left, maybe when he left he didn't think she was quite this bad?

It is true. He sought contact from the minute he left the family home. He was seeing the children regularly. Alice stopped that. She made a video stating she was doing it because she could and no one could stop her. She sent him threats that he would be arrested if he tried to see them without her agreement.

I don’t know if you know this but most parenting issues and divorce issues are negotiated and agreed outside court. There is zero need for one parent to have to take legal action to see their children. When they do it is because one is being obstructive.

She was insisting he only saw them with her present in her house. She was also doing strange things like flashing him when he turned up to see the children.

I don’t know what is worse her having him arrested or flashing him.

Moving in with a new partner who the children had never even met?

Being very quick to apply for a restraining order against their mum, despite it taking him a year to even start to fight for them in court?

Refusing his daughter’s suggestion of contact at a theme park, because Bianca has a chronic illness and he didn’t want to risk catching COVID, even though he and Bianca were happy enough to go on multiple holidays during that time, involving air travel (which carries the GREATEST risk of catching COVID).

Telling his daughter he could no longer afford to pay for her school fees, whilst simultaneously posting about a film he was funding for Bianca?

Cancelling his first two court ordered contact sessions to go on holiday with Bianca, despite not having seen his children in over a year.

Arranging constant pap shoots showing how happy he and Bianca were.

Forcing Bianca on his children, despite them being clear that they only wanted to see him.

Exposing all the details of their lives with their abusive mother online for people to salivate over, when he could have chosen to have the court papers sealed.

The list is endless.

He very much carries responsibility for the breakdown in relationship with his daughters.

It is really sad to me that some people are so conditioned to always believe the woman that they are unwilling or unable to see that sometimes the woman is not the victim.

Domestic abuse victim leaves abusive relationship, part of which has involved children being brainwashed to hate them by the abusive partner, attempts reconciliation with children which is constantly sabotaged by the abuser, enters new relationship with non-abusive partner. Yet apparently it’s okay to blame the abuse victim because he’s male? Wow.

Well these are his kids so maybe he shouldn’t have got his new wife knocked up without making sure his relationship with his daughters was in a good place first. Wouldn’t that be common sense?

Because you are very fussy about timelines it might be helpful to state that she, Alice, posted her video about blocking contact before any of this happened. She also sent him emails saying he couldn’t see them before any of this happened and threatening him with the police. All well before any of these events happened.

In addition to threatening him with the police and her flashing endeavours she was also making other threats. He has documented these and presented them in court. Some of her then fans have confirmed she was plotting to tell lies and to smear him all long before he mentioned a new girlfriend.
