Am I alone in seeing this as one of the darkest days in UK history?

Never before did I think I’d end up living under a government who reward terrorism.

Starmer and Labour are grotesque. History will not be kind to them. They have now empowered all terrorists and their supporters.

We deserve such better than this reprehensible government. They disgust me.

Why is what they did different to what Israel are doing apart from Isreal are doing it on a larger scale.

Are you genuinely going to argue "my genocide is bigger than your genocide" as a defence for the wholesale murder of innocent civilians?

No n asking why no one is condemning Hamas for what they did. Or do you believe they were justified in killing innocent people and holding others hostage for months? Both sides are evil. The only difference is the scale.

Yes. That seems to have been conveniently forgotten. No one seems to be holding Hamas accountable for their actions. Will recognising Palestine release the hostages? Will it actually help anyone in Gaza?

Yes we all are aware of October 7th ffs- it’s the reason the Genocide is happening no? but I’m pointing out the double standard, videos of Israeli’s suffering are never question if they are real, and I have seen many people claiming that Gazan videos are faked etc, and again from what I have read the beheaded babies video/rumour/photo whatever it was, has been deemed untrue?

It is an example of 100s of articles from

But babies did die. Innocent babies killed by Hamas. Are you saying that’s ok? Why are you so dismissive of what Hamas did? Why are you not marching to free the hostages?

I saw this young boy, absolutely beautiful boy with his Jewish cap on, waving a flag for Palestine and they came beat him and dragged him into a car where he was screaming for his father

When I see posts that babies infact were not beheaded I feel relieved that that it didn’t happen and they didn’t suffer, are you perhaps upset because it makes Israel look bad that they lied and they could be (they deffo are) genocidal war criminals?

There was a post here that described why this came about, and as they said it was hard to explain yet again. There were bodies and I won’t describe it. There’s no relief on what happened.

Are you not listening? Everyone condemned Hamas for what they did. Nobody supports the taking and holding of hostages. And that has been said multiple times. But none of that justifies genocide. Two wrongs do not make a right. And tit-for-tat (quite apart from being a stupid game for adults to play) arguments are why the entir situation is where it is. Palestinians would point to hostage taking (questionable imprisonment and torture), attacks on Palestinians, and land grabs as their justification for 7th October. There were no clean hands before 7th October. It didn't all start two years ago.

And "scale" is a huge difference.

You don’t need to write as you do for the victims of Hamas and continue with the justification in that last line. There’s too much anger at innocent people.

where did I say that was okay??? When I refer to no beheaded babies, I presume the babies that were claimed to have been didn’t exists in the first place, hence

No. I condemn both sides equally. Unlike a lot of pro Palestine supporters who seem to believe Hamas are justified for killing and kidnapping people.
