Anyway, bloke during story moaned that 'we are currently seeing a backlash against trans at the moment, particularly trans women' (men), and 'that's not a world I want to live in'.

I mean seriously, the TRA has been abusive to women for years for even mentioning any concerns, yet now trans women are victims (again). Perpetual victims it seems. These men are frankly ridiculous. I get fed up of the men in dresses and their victimhood.

If you are so desperate to try and prove something that you are championing a murderer, there is something seriously wrong with you. Don't sink that low.

No im saying that the murderer was kept in prison because shes a violent murderer and no other reason that she believes or claims.

She wasn’t found guilty of murder. She was the victim of domestic abuse, and the man she killed with one stabbing had stabbed her first. She claimed self defence and that was accepted by the courts.

The article makes it quite clear that she believes and claims these things. I think shes a murderer who just wasnt seen as fit for parole.

If her claim of self defence was accepted, she wouldn't have been jailed. The most recent case of self defense is know of that went to trial was the killing of the rapper, Hypo.

Yes. A woman who had served enough time to apply for parole. She was not allowed to because of these complaints.

The judge ruled that there was no case against her in the end. Yet she couldn’t apply for parole with the complaints against her.

It really is not that hard to see the issue.

You keep calling her a murderer. She wasn’t charged with murder and wasn’t found guilty of murder. Whereas the man who accused her of using the correct words to describe him WAS a murderer serving a 19 year sentence. His ‘girlfriend’ in prison is serving 24 years for neglect and abuse of a child leading to that child’s death.

Her claim was accepted and is the reason why she wasn’t charged with murder. Even if someone acts in self defence they can still be charged with a crime.

If you look.upthread there are links to the girls being forced to change in front of a male who thought he was female. The girls didn't want to and were told they had to. Disgraceful.

Some of the families are suing. Too right, since they failed to protect girls.

I am championing a woman to be treated justly and given access to the provisions she is entitled to as part of the justice system of the UK.

There is something seriously wrong with anyone who seeks to deny that a woman should have access to justice in jail nor access to single sex provisions while in jail.

And what part of allowing a female prisoner to apply for parole which is part of the justice process is wrong? Even murderers deserve parole hearings if they are eligible. If you don’t agree with the system, campaign to change it.

The scenarios are not made up. There are court cases ongoing. Do you live with your fingers in your ears, why are biological males deserving of more respect of what they want than what biological females need for safety and dignity.

I remember this about Janey Southerlay. She was indeed stabbed by him first. She was not charged with murder.

But apparently, no woman who would be charged with murder or culpable homicide should be allowed to apply for parole when she is eligible to apply.

Are you aware than over 70% of transgender prisoners are in for sex offences or violent crimes? These TIM'S are just men being violent or committing sexual offences and getting fools to treat them as women. We non fools say no.
