Hello

As per the title - my boobs are big and I’m looking for bra recommendations to give them a lift whilst feeling comfortable

currently I wear m&s but they still look quite droopy and I hate seeing myself on Teams as they look huge and saggy

Any suggestions greatly appreciated ☺️

I’m a 34HH and really like the Elomie Morgan bra. Very supportive but also comfortable.

herigoagain · 16/09/2025 17:30

Panache bras are good, find a Bravissimo store - they will measure and advise.

Fantasie,

What is more, once you know your Fantasie size you can order with confidence that whatever you buy should fit.

Zempy · 16/09/2025 17:34

Triumph Doreen. It’s not pretty, but by God it does the job!

cattykinns · 16/09/2025 17:39

I wear a 32HH and my go to bras are Elomi. I always go for ones with side support. Try and get properly fitted in a Bravissimo or specialist lingerie store. Don’t waste your time in M&S, sizing isn’t inclusive and the fitting service is often terribly off the mark. If they look droopy, even when wearing a bra, you’re likely not wearing the correct size and need more support.

LouisaJG · 16/09/2025 17:40

Go and get yourself properly fitted at Rigby and Peller. Expensive but so worth it. If you’re looking saggy you may be wearing the wrong size. A lot of women wear a back size that is too large and then you’re not getting proper support.

Personally I like the PrimaDonna Deauville full cup bra that they sell, but your best bet is to get a fitting and get their recommendations for your specific body.

If Rigby and Peller really breaks the bank then go get a fitting at Bravissimo.

GoldDuster · 16/09/2025 17:42

Get fitted properly by a specialist shop, and a bra with side support. That should do the trick. If you've been wearing a bra that's the wrong size the right size might feel strange and tight but will feel comfy soon. Well worth it.

SoScarletItWas · 16/09/2025 17:43

I’ve always worn balcony bras but I recently got a Freya side support in the sale and it does a nice job of shaping them ‘forward’ which helps with the front view!

I’m a 34E/F.

Dinosweetpea · 16/09/2025 17:47

Always Fantasie, Im a G and M&S do nothing at all for me. Also anything from Bravissimo or BraStop.

SwallowsandAmazonians · 16/09/2025 17:49

Bravissimo Niya, Freya Deco

monkeysox · 16/09/2025 17:50

Fantasie illusion if you're post children. Freya if not. M and s bras are shite. You'll be a different size (possibly in both)than the m and s one.

Quitelikeit · 16/09/2025 17:55

Wow thanks for all these recommendations I’m away to check them out

I wanted non wired so have gone for cupshe they are comfy but harder to get lift with non wire

Trallala · 16/09/2025 18:48

Also, Vinted is a good for brand new bras (all my Fantasie and Panache ones are BNWT from Vinted or eBay) as others have said, once you know your size you can confidently buy others from the same brand and know they're likely to fit (unlike M&S). If you Google the Boob or Bust bra method you can work out if your current size is wrong, although a good specialist shop can fit you as well if you'd prefer

Netcurtainnelly · 16/09/2025 18:53

Go into your local lingerie/bra shop and ask for advice. That's what they are there for?

pashmina696 · 16/09/2025 18:56

Bravissimo - i wear the Freya deco bra. I wouldn’t trust M&S to measure a big bust properly or have a bra that fits well either. I think I have been shopping In bravissimo since the 90s.

WetHair · 16/09/2025 18:57

Another 34HH here and I only wear Bravissimo own brand bras. Satine and Nellie are my current go tos, partly because my breasts are very close together and so their plunge style works well for me. I also love Millie for more relaxed days.

Definitely get properly fitted at a bravissimo store if you can. It’s not only about the size, they’ll be able to advise on the style that works best for you.

Ha! Me too. I think it was their very second catalogue that was shown to me by a friend in my student halls. Changed my life

Katemax82 · 16/09/2025 18:58

I'm 36 FF and Sainsbury's do good bras

I’m exactly the same with close together boobs. I love the Panache Ana plunge style. M&S bras are spectacularly unsupportive in my experience. Bravissimo are very helpful for us busty ladies.

FcukBreastCancer · 16/09/2025 19:04

Fantasie for me too. Fitted at bravissimo.
I'm afraid my experience of rigby and sellers was underwhelming and expensive

TeaandHobnobs · 16/09/2025 19:09

Another vote for Freya or Fantasie - but measure yourself properly first! A properly fitting bra is the first step. Measure using either boob or bust or I think it is the “a bra that fits” thread on Reddit?
Also I would say don’t rule out soft cup / lace cup bras - moulded bras (T shirt bras) don’t always work well, as your breasts have to actually match the shape of the cup. I was worried about nipple-age in lace cups, but actually I rarely find it is a problem.

ETA: once I’ve found a bra and size that works for me, I order discounted ones on ebay

DramaAlpaca · 16/09/2025 19:09

Bra Stop have a great measuring tool on their site, based on how well one of your own bras fits. I find side support bras give me a really good shape, it pushes the girls up and out and hides any back fat nicely. I like bras from Fantasie, Panache, Curvy Kate and Flirtelle.

Yes I agree. Does a great job of lifting and separating the girls 🤣. Great if you also want less of a push up effect but just a lifted look.

Bigearringsbigsmile · 16/09/2025 19:21

Tango by panache
Very comfortable snd supportive
