Hello

As per the title - my boobs are big and I’m looking for bra recommendations to give them a lift whilst feeling comfortable

currently I wear m&s but they still look quite droopy and I hate seeing myself on Teams as they look huge and saggy

Any suggestions greatly appreciated ☺️

Ha! Me too. I think it was their very second catalogue that was shown to me by a friend in my student halls. Changed my life

OMG yes the catalogue!! And yes in student halls too!!

34H here and will only wear one bra…. Prima Donna Deauville. After trying this one, I cannot wear anything else. Very pricy but I always buy in the sale
Edited to add… I tried it on and it lifted and separated my boobs from my belly, very comfy too.

I’m a 34HH and really like the Elomie Morgan bra. Very supportive but also comfortable.

I second the Elomi Morgan.

NewmummyJ · 16/09/2025 19:46

Currently wearing 36H. Swear by Bravissimo- currently loving their Millie bra, makes such a difference to my figure (in a good way) when I wear a good bra. They have lot's of different styles designed for bigger breasts (not just larger sizes of bras designed for small busts) so you can find what works for you.

buffyfaithfredwesley · 16/09/2025 19:54

Elomi lucie or bravissimo Delilah

DoYouReally · 16/09/2025 20:39

Another vote for Freya. Bravissimo and Brastop have loads too.

Surprisingly Ann Summers have dome good ones. Another poster her (can't remember who but thanks) suggested them previously and they were right - cheaper than most of the others too.

NotMeNoNo · 16/09/2025 20:49

Just go to Bravissimo and get fitted. It's impossible to know which bra or brand will fit you best but they have a huge choice.

DelilahBucket · 16/09/2025 20:59

You'll be in the wrong size. Look up Boob or Bust as a starting point or get yourself to Bravissimo or a local independent. Do not go to M&S!

Chattanoogachoo · 16/09/2025 21:02

Elomi bras are great, I'm a 38f with ridiculous boobs that seem to go completely under my arms and I've found the side support on elomi has been great.

Trushy · 16/09/2025 21:04

I landed very happily in Fantasie Fusion bras after a Bravissimo visit. They have side support which is a game changer. I was embarrassingly late to discover quite how tight the straps need to be once you have the correct band size. Having the latter correct means you can yank your boobs right up without the band strap riding up at the back. The whole thing feels like all the strain is evenly distributed and is thus comfortable.

When do they have sales?! Are they regular? I spend eye watering amounts of money on them, I don’t think I’ve ever noticed a sale, but would love to change that.

B0D · 16/09/2025 21:06

The style of bra that’s best for you depends on the shape and position of your breasts. Having said that go to a decent fitter and take advice, try a few different styles. For example plunge doesn’t work for me, I prefer underwired balconette with side support. avoid M and S.

Molke all the time

SuperGinger · 16/09/2025 21:14

I rate Bravissimo over Rigby and Peller and always go for Fantasie.

TherebytheGraceofGodgoI · 16/09/2025 21:21

@LouisaJG I buy them on line from www.braforme.com and www.plumslingerie.com which is based in Jersey. Both send me emails with offers although I tend to end up with the colours which are left.
Nothing much on Braforme at the moment, but Plums has a couple with a good range of sizes left.

Step away from M&S 😁

As others have said find your nearest Bravissimo for a fitting. You might be a different size per brand.

My absolute favourite however is Panache Envy! I’m a 34K and it lifts and projects forward. Instantly making me more comfortable and not as wide looking.

Elomi as a brand doesn’t work for me, too deep on the cut but people love it.

Good luck ☺️

Blueuggboots · 16/09/2025 21:34

Go and be measured properly. M&S are beyond SHITE. Bravissimo or an independent.

PotatoBreadForTheWin · 16/09/2025 21:34

Another vote for Elomi here. I also got a really surprisingly good one recently from Victoria’s Secret. Looked great too

Thank you! Aargh wish I had known about this, I just last week dropped so much money on new bras. But it’s good to know now. And tbh even full price, if you’ve got big boobs a really good bra is worth it imo.

buffyfaithfredwesley · 16/09/2025 21:38

I really wish Elomi would expand to a KK. I think I have 10 of their bras and weight gain means I’m now outsized from them

MarvellousMaisie · 16/09/2025 22:01

I'm a stonking 35JJ and have been uncomfortable in bras for most of my life.

I can't wear underwired bras as I have an odd skin condition which makes my skin very prone to sores, and yep, underwires give me sores.

I spent years wearing Triumph Doreen, which was mostly ok but it has bits of boning in the side seams which yes, gave me sores. So I would have to unpick the stitching there and remove the boning, and then add padding to the sides so that the tightness of the band didn't give me more sores.

A year ago I was in Nottingham and walked past the Bravissimo branch there. I walked in assuming they'd just try to make me wear an underwired bra, like all the other specialist fitters I'd been to had tried. Instead they listened to me, spent over an hour bringing me bras to try on, and told me why each bra did or didn't work.

I ended up with a Freya Dynamic soft cup sports bra. No underwires at all. They told me that despite all previous bra fitters telling me I was a 38D I was actually a 36 JJ, and showed me how that size actually fitted me.

I've worn that same model and size bra ever since and am suddenly, miraculously comfortable at long last. I no longer feel the need to remove my bra at the earliest opportunity. I don't do all that shrug-and-wriggle thing any more. I am going to go back to Bravissimo next month to get another fitting and make sure that I'm still in the right size and shape. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Heretone · 16/09/2025 22:05

Another vote for Freya Deco. I’m 48 and. 34G and mine are closer to my chin than my navel when I wear mine.

Fantasie,

What is more, once you know your Fantasie size you can order with confidence that whatever you buy should fit.

Yep agree with this.
