I went today without really realising how bad they were until I got there. I live by a beach, not on holidays and just rushed there after work

I would have cared in my early twenties but since then it's been a gradual slide into not shaving or giving a shit what people think about my appearance. Very liberating!

It's not as if you will ever see anyone that you meet on a public beach again - unless it's the beach in your local town, but again I say fuck them if they have a problem.

I wouldn’t plan to but I’ve found myself in situations where I’ve been showing hairy legs like getting a pedicure and realising too late they were going to scrub and moisturise my legs 🤣. Also worn a skirt and realised they were hairier than I thought lol

Lovely reading on this thread that fuzzy legs are more and more normal. When I was a teen a single hair anywhere was social suicide. Which was especially awful for me as my skin does not tolerate shaving well at all. So many years spent stubbly and raw!
