You have to think carefully, REALLY carefully, about whose ear to drop the information into. Not as gossip. More as concern really. I also managed to get someone dodgy sacked this way. Spent a month considering WHO I should pass the info on to.

Has to be someone you're on a level of daily chat with. BUT also someone who has the ear of someone higher up, or in a sort of chain, leading to someone higher up.

I've done it 3 times now in different organisations.
