Just watching this now. A bit concerned that she fell ill with a really bad "flu" after her 1000 man stunt. Isn't flu symptoms how initial infection with HIV shows up? I know the men taking part were required to use condoms but its not a 100% guarantee of protection especially in the kind of conditions in which she operated. The discarded condoms all over the floor as well which she then lay down in and "starfished".

A quick google suggests she doesn't take Prep to protect her from HIV infection and she has previously stated that risking HIV infection is worth it to her.

I know she claims to be happy about her life choices but risking your physical health like that doesn't seem to be a very healthy mentality. Something is amiss and the documentary maker didn't really push to hard to find out more.

@70isaLimitNotaTarget Thats also possible but it doesn't rule out HIV or other sexually transmitted disease. She used condoms but using them is only about 80% effective against HIV infection. Condoms can break or slip. In addition to that transmission is possible from other tiny cuts or abrasions on the body something that is a lot more likely if she is having sex with literally 100's of men in a short space of time or as you suggest if she is doing uncovered oral sex with these men. Hopefully she hasn't been infected with HIV but she should definitely be using Prep to protect herself and future partners from HIV infection.
