As a flip side to the expensive letdowns thread , has anyone bought anything low cost that’s been good ?
I got a mascara in b and m that’s great on my long blonde but thin eyelashes.
And an ineos hand wash that is actually really nice.

I bought this £3 gadget last week and I can now wear all of my bracelets without having to ask someone to do them up for me!

I recently went to Lakeland and bought 10 of their cheap but tiny baking pans. They are designed for individual portions of things, and great for blasting a few chips and nuggets for kids teas, and take up LOADS less space in the dishwasher!

Some people really cannot help themselves. They see a lovely, enjoyable thread and immediately have to descend on it with their dour righteousness. So annoying.

I'm going to use extra fabric conditioner today in order to cheer myself up. Think I might have some of those scent booster pearls too?

You devil 😈 😂

My contribution to this thread is not cheap cheap but it is reasonably priced and very good quality.

Meaco portable fan:
https://www.johnlewis.com/meaco-260c-usb-fan-white/p110056481

or a 2 pack from Costco:
https://www.costco.co.uk/Appliances/Cooling-Air-Treatment-Heating/Cooling-Fans/MeacoFan-260c-Rechargeable-Portable-Fan-Twin-Pack/p/2602602

The fan has four very good speeds, lasts 14 hours on the lowest speed, charges in 6 hours I use an Anker USB charger plug
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Anker-PowerPort-Charger-Compact-Samsung/dp/B07X1RW3RL

The fan can be used while charging, it has a nightlight and is very quiet during use.

I bought one a few months ago and it gets used every day in this warmer weather. They often sell out during hot weather but keep an eye out for restocks.

A Solar Buddy! Its a sun cream applicator. I haven't actually used it yet but watched a family cover themselves in suncream using one at a theme park on Friday. I asked what it was and the lady said she gets asked all the time. It looked amazing.
Got mine on Amazon prime day (whilst still at theme park) for £7.50. Saving it for hols.

I can confirm they are great, we have had them for about 6 or 7 years, we just had to get replacement tops.
