To ask what you think of Meghan and Harry's "bump dance" video?

To mark Lilibet's 4th birthday, they've uploaded this video. I think it's cute and fun but the usual haters are out in force.

She clearly has a monitor on under her dress but people are claiming it's a pillow, and people are also claiming it's not possible to dance like that while heavily pregnant (it totally is, if you're in good shape)

Also the horrible comments from men saying she must have got a lot of practice in, giving lap dances on yachts

Don't really know what people's problem is with these two tbh.

Oh the irony in your comments Grin

As for the Rookie - watched it already. Another example of being one step ahead Wink

Goodnight!

Well it’s a long series and I’ve only just started! Goodnight to you too. Ps the lead is very hot 🥵 in a more mature way

SnugDuck · 08/06/2025 07:50

An American friend of mine posted a similar video years ago on her facebook page. It is/ was quite an American trend. I thought it was cringey when she did it and same when M&H posted it.

cardboardvillage · 08/06/2025 09:26

I just find them a bit desperate for attention all the time

CakeBakeC0mpetiti9nL0cal · 08/06/2025 09:33

Dancing OK
Pregnancy OK
Dancing & pregnant in hospital not OK, TMI

Tbh I think it's rather obscene.

😂'Tis an abomination! Women in labour should be flat on their backs with their legs in stirrups as Almighty God intended!

Lighteningstrikes · 08/06/2025 09:58

Jesus the mixed up women will go anything for attention.

ChuckleDaughter · 08/06/2025 10:16

I think it's a bit cringey honestly I couldn't watch the whole thing due to second hand embarrassment, BUT I don't have really strong negative feelings about it or them. The conspiracy theorists are loons.

Alittlemoreconversationplease · 08/06/2025 10:22

One would hope that most sensible people acknowledge that a 2-or 3-minute video clip such as this, does really not deserve the reams and reals of posts and opinion that is has attracted; especially the ultra hostile reactions. Sometimes a little joyful dance in a maternity ward is just that!

jazzybelle · 08/06/2025 11:56

I wondered why they made a video and who filmed it. Was it for themselves as a memory of the pregnancy?

JohnTheRevelator · 08/06/2025 14:06

From a couple who keep banging on about their privacy,it's a bit strange. The more they demand their privacy, the more they seem to thrust themselves into the public eye.

Not working royals but hold onto the titles with a vice like grip

I really don’t think you can expect to hold onto your title after gyrating with your dress hitched up

MyKingdomForACat · 08/06/2025 16:20

Plus the earlier heated exchange between two users is typical. Narcissists make people argue and that’s what MM is

There’s a distinct difference though between posting your own content and having control over what you put out where; and other people doing that for commercial reasons and attaching a story to it that isn’t true.

There's also a distinct difference between posting what should be personal content for family and close friends to view and posting for everyone to see therefore inviting attention and scrutiny which they puport to hate.

I hope they advise their kids better on privacy settings on their sm when older.

Ohthiscantbeit · 08/06/2025 17:02

I loved this video!!! I personally salsa through my contractions, it really helped :) hey you got to what you got to do to pass the time :) 😊

sualipa · 08/06/2025 17:15

Camilla Tominhey seems to have dropped a bombshell with her supposed insiders knowledge that Charles's cancer is incurable and he won't move into Buckingham Palace in 3 years time casually slid into an artcile dissing the twerking video.

Bloody awful, the pair of them are unbearable. Just disappear and stop with the crap on Netflix.

EvieBB · 08/06/2025 18:24

Test

EvieBB · 08/06/2025 18:25

You can't post that publicly and still call yourself a Duchess. It's vulgar

EvieBB · 08/06/2025 18:28

What you do behind closed doors is fine but it's not the done thing if you're supposedly a Royal. She looks like a chav. What on earth was she thinking posting that? I couldn't believe what I was seeing and thought (initially) it was someone doing a parody of her. I mean, can you imagine Princess Catherine doing that? No, because she's classy unlike the vulgar, attention seeking, money grabbing, manipulative, narcissistic Meghan

DrummingMousWife · 08/06/2025 18:30

More attention seeking. Rolled out just as they are polled as unpopular again.

You might want to look at the behaviour of some duchesses in the past…🤣🤣

EvieBB · 08/06/2025 18:33

I agree, but keep it private. How she thinks that slut dropping in public is appropriate for someone who insists on using the HRH title is beyond me
......not classy

EvieBB · 08/06/2025 18:36

That doesnt excuse MM though does it?....and at least those Duchesses weren't manipulative liars and bullies to boot. There's a world of difference

SleepingStandingUp · 08/06/2025 18:37

I think whoever it was, it's weird setting up the video to film it and then putting it on SM years later. It's not like she was dancing and he just grabbed the camera to catch it. That's what's cringey. Not who's doing it.
