To ask what you think of Meghan and Harry's "bump dance" video?

To mark Lilibet's 4th birthday, they've uploaded this video. I think it's cute and fun but the usual haters are out in force.

She clearly has a monitor on under her dress but people are claiming it's a pillow, and people are also claiming it's not possible to dance like that while heavily pregnant (it totally is, if you're in good shape)

Also the horrible comments from men saying she must have got a lot of practice in, giving lap dances on yachts

Don't really know what people's problem is with these two tbh.

I've also ditched TwiX - but it was toxic way before Elon and I've no intention of joining Bluesky either. Shame that this is the way of things, but I've never witnessed a climate so politically divisive (and lacking in nuance) as it is at present. I'm not into gossip - I find it boring - but I can well understand why in that context people want that diversion.

But why does it upset and bother people so much? I really don’t understand why people are so invested in slating them or disliking them. Why does it matter so much, you don’t know them. No one on this thread knows them. No one really knows what goes on in their lives despite everyone thinking they do. You do know that Tik Tok and X and all this media circus just shows us what it wants to show us, most of which is made up or massively elaborated on. Who really cares? I honestly want to know why they get under everyone’s skin but No one seems to be able to verbalise why except bleating on about how they are not royals anymore and they want to be in the public eye but at the same time don’t. So what? So what if they want to choose what they release to the press rather than having it chosen for them. I find it all very bizarre. The hate and bile and speculation is really awful.
