Now (whilst it's cool) is the time to open all your windows and let the fresh air in.

Give it an hour, and close them, and close your blinds or curtains in any sun facing windows.

My windows are mostly opened all year. I hate a stuffy house

We do have windows open all year round, not all of them and when it’s cold the ones that are open aren’t necessarily open all day but I do like the fresh air.
Where do you all live? I was in London today, temperature was about 28 degrees, was in jeans and a top - nice and warm but not stressfully hot at all!
my home town when I got back had been 26, it’s pleasant but hardly the need for hysteria 😂
Predictably though, when I’m off over the weekend and BH Monday the weather drops to about 15 with a forecast of overcast with some showers.

Personally I find 28 to hot, even for jeans and a T-shirt. Not comfortable at all. Even 26 is too hot for me. Each to their own.
