Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor - you have blood on your hands

Muffinmam · 26/04/2025 07:14

Am I being unreasonable to say that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor - the Duke of York and member of the Royal Family has blood on his hands following the tragic suicide of Virginia Giuffre?

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has faced zero consequences for his role in Virginia Giuffre‘s sexual abuse and trafficking because he’s rich and his powerful mummy paid off the victim and the British police failed to pursue charges against him. To be clear, while the age of consent in the UK is 17 years old this does not apply to trafficking victims and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has never faced criminal charges.

He probably thinks he’s got away with it now she’s gone.

How do you know?

The legal definition of what a paedophile is may help you with that.

CanYouTurnItDown · 26/04/2025 07:46

HelenWheels · 26/04/2025 07:33

she may have been a troubled woman but she did manage to fight back - it is sad, but the op is ott imo,

What difference does that make? Does taking legal action suddenly cure people of their trauma?

(spoiler: no it doesn’t)

SummerBuild · 26/04/2025 07:47

Muffinmam · 26/04/2025 07:43

It’s very sad for her family that she was broken before she even had a chance to grow up.

Sadly, broken long before the involvement with Epstein.

It is disinformation to say Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor committed no crime because the age of consent is 16 when it’s not 16 at all when the person is being trafficked for sex. It was a crime. He never faced charges for that crime.

It takes one person to spread misinformation and then a hundred people with low IQ’s repeat it thinking it’s true because they read it somewhere. That’s how disinformation works.

@Muffinmam

Yes to all of this.
An alarm has gone off somewhere!

Refuting the disinformation on here
( deliberate or just ill informed) is a constant battle

YOU wrote that the age of consent is 17 in your OP. That's what the person was correcting, not whether it's legal to have sex with someone aged 17 who has been trafficked.

Muffinmam · 26/04/2025 07:48

MidnightPatrol · 26/04/2025 07:41

What evidence do you have that he is a paedophile?

Are you saying he’s not?

The word pedophile is used as a colloquialism for a person who exploits a minor for their own sexual gratification. Virginia was sex trafficked before the age of 18. She couldn’t consent to what happened to her.

We all watched his lies in his interview.

His own morher paid millions to pay off his victim. That isn’t the actions of a person who believes her son is innocent. If his own mother believed him to be guilty then why do you believe that he is not?

FortyElephants · 26/04/2025 07:49

There's a lot of suicide surrounding Jeffrey Epstein isn't there?

mids2019 · 26/04/2025 07:49

RF supporters are going to suggest the poor woman had mental health challenges for the majority of her life and there cast doubt on the validity of evidence given in court which is a horrible place to be.

I think this shows that obviously money cannot repair trauma tragically and it is now apparent VG was not out for a simple pay out when she took court action. Part of me thinks she always thought her life may end this way so needed to ensure justice to support her family.

Spanador · 26/04/2025 07:49

Muffinmam · 26/04/2025 07:24

The age of consent is not aged 16 when a person is trafficked for sex.

I swear, the Firm must be paying for people to spread disinformation.

She was sex trafficked. She was under the age of 18 when she was trafficked so it was rape. He never faced charges.

You are the one who said in your own op that the age of consent in the UK is 17. The poster was, rightly, pointing out that it’s 16 not 17. Not saying that there is an age of consent for sex trafficking victims

Superhansrantowindsor · 26/04/2025 07:50

He should have had his day in court.

HelenWheels · 26/04/2025 07:50

she would never have been known about if there was no RF link
another sad statistic

Muffinmam · 26/04/2025 07:50

FrippEnos · 26/04/2025 07:46

The legal definition of what a paedophile is may help you with that.

The term is a colloquialism for any person who sexually exploits a minor for their own (or others) gratification.

The legal definition (as they pertain to specific age ranges) is rarely used.

Paedophile isn't the right word here.

No, this is just not correct

myplace · 26/04/2025 07:51

He was a small cog in the wheels that crushed her. There will be many more culpable people.

He’s a selfish entitled man like the majority of men he mixed with. It takes significant effort not to be, growing up where and when he did.

It was the era of Sam Fox and Mandy Smith. Girls were not protected.

Muffinmam · 26/04/2025 07:52

Superhansrantowindsor · 26/04/2025 07:50

He should have had his day in court.

But he didn’t because his mother was Queen. This was an injustice to the victim. Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was never the victim.

That doesn’t make sense.

So having sex with someone over the age of consent, still makes you a padeophile? Thats not what the law says.

I don’t doubt there was a power imbalance, that he’s a creep for having sex with a girl of that age, that Epstein probably trafficked her here while she was too naive to know what was going on - that doesn’t make Andrew a paedophile by any definition however.

He doesn’t need to be accused of that, his actual behaviour was wrong, we criticise him for the facts.

well said

Figgygal · 26/04/2025 07:55

Not Epstein then or maxwell?
Or anyone around her who have failed to ensure she had the support she needed?

Andrew is an arrogant fool for sure but the wrong focal point for any outrage here

But it doesn't matter because MN seems to run on the court of public opinion, if somome on here says someone has done something they have doesn't matter of course if it true or not it appears to make people seem more intelligent

Bingbopboomboomboombopbam · 26/04/2025 07:57

He’s trash was so is/was anyone that helped him get away with it.

But then again it will always baffles me that the existence of royals is still propped up.

billysboy · 26/04/2025 07:58

Dress it up how you like but Andrew is a Nonce
a contributary to her suicide no doubt

DrummingMousWife · 26/04/2025 07:59

Any common man would have been jailed - he should be in prison as we speak, not swanning around having a good time and attending Easter celebrations . It’s disgusting that status allows you to avoid the law.
