Yes see below.

If Christians are encouraged to called to spread the word about god and Jesus, why would the woman in question and her congregation / priests / family / friends not have shared her story with the world as a demonstrable, provable miracle?

She could show pictures or home videos proving she used to be X height and is now Y height. She could have multiple testimonies from people who know her.

Why hasn’t that happened? It would be such a rare (non existent many would say) thing, an unquestionable miracle, so why would this happen and then not be used to spread the word of god?

He's charging for teaching material, not a fee to heal somebody. Ministries cost money to run, and IA doesn't rake in a lot of money. See my recent posts about this.

Wonder why he hasn’t done to Gaza to help cure the injured ?

Either you're bring facetious, or you don't understand his calling.

I don’t understand how someone with these amazing abilities isn’t helping those in need.

I've read and heard a lot from both these guys. Both have massive experience as healing evangelists, and both know plenty of others doing similar things.

Both of them have seen thousands of healings in their own respective meetings and careers. They describe some truly amazing miracles.

Talking of the short woman who grew nearly a foot taller when James Maloney held her - I have heard him describe that in one of his podcasts.

It's frustrating that less healing ministry is done in Britain than in America. Many remarkable healings are reported in other countries too. There seems to be more scepticism against healing here, so less is attempted and less experienced.

You’ve heard him tell that story in one of his podcasts? Well I guess that’s all the proof you need then. Do you know the name of the woman that grew an extra 12 inches in height whilst being hugged by JM?

Is it possible James is really Jesus? (Serious question).

Surely this is a phenomenon the world should be shown. These are biblical sized miracles, why is there not more global recognition? His powers seem on par with Jesus’s so why is his name not global?

This man is no different than Jesus in his miracle capabilities and all he has is a podcast?

KeepHopeful · 27/04/2025 16:53

Ian Andrews's main role now is to teach others to minister healing, thus showing God's love and the fact that anybody can have faith to do it. All or most of the healings he sees are done through other people at his meetings. The emphasis is on faith in God, not IA's own anointing for healing ministry.

Seeing an experienced healing evangelist healing people is one thing. Seeing ordinary people, including children, do it shows that it really is God behind it, not one special person.

When is god going to start healing those injured in Ukraine or Gaza? When has he helped anyone?

Well if they’re American at least their followers don’t have to worry about having health insurance, which must be a huge relief for them in these hard financial times in the US.

I'm assuming it's this James Maloney:

If so, it appears that he: "received his eternal inheritance on December 22, 2020, survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.".

No more expensive med schools while Ian is around. Yay

Wasn’t able to save himself then.

@KeepHopeful still hasn’t explained why such a gifted man was not a global phenomenon.

Was Jesus sent to Earth to heal sick people, or to teach people about God? He taught, and confirmed His Word with miracles including healing. Ian Andrews's job is to teach about God and encourage people to believe Him and what He can do.

Ian has taught and ministered in dozens of countries. He goes by invitation.

This Ian Andrews sounds as much a con artist as god.

I'll answer this later on. One immediate thought, seeing the antipathy in this thread towards God, is what would publicity about God's healings achieve? People who don't want to believe will find fault in anything.

This healings are no different than the idea of god - both non existent to us non believers.

Are you going to apologise for the horrific stigmatising language you used when you compared the human condition without religion to serious mental ill health?

Pity I haven’t managed for you to understand atheists and why we don’t believe and aren’t concerned.

BunnyLake · 27/04/2025 18:56

The problem is it’s always anecdotal. I’ve just been on another page and Ian tells of (it’s always tells of isn’t it, we never actually see verifiable examples) a woman who had a baby after a hysterectomy (there’s a lot of flexibility in that sentence that doesn’t mean he’s lying, ie adopting, fostering etc). Another lady got a new heart purely through prayer. They cure blindness and deafness at their meetings (we’ve all seen the man in the wheelchair who gets up and walks, crying I’m healed, I’m healed!).

Anyone who can think logically knows if these really were genuine they would be the biggest news in the world. It would change the world as we know it (for the better). So why do I have to go on MN to hear about these mindblowing miracles!

What you have to remember is that while Jesus saves, Tesco saves you more 🤣

Where did I say anything like that? Are you mixing me up with another poster?
