I'll go first 😆

-Kids sharing rooms
-Complaining about schools or teachers
-Feeling upset about a friend hurting you
-Having more than 1 kid on an income under circa 50-100k, or having more than two on an income under circa 100-150k
-Renting long term
Complaining about dogs being given human rights.
Complaining about grandparents care of DC's 'because it's free so like it or lump it!'

Not sure what you’re trying to say but I seriously doubt the largest group of users are grandparents.

Interested in why you would think that almost impossible? Today’s GPs are perfectly capable of using an online forum.

kindnessforthewin · 22/04/2025 08:49

Earning money and moaning how much you pay and how much goes to to benefits because you don’t qualify for free childcare hours so you pay for yours and other people’s and 40% tax and the rest. People HATE that. Work harder. Pay more. People are too anxious to work. Have a heart.

Dontcallmescarface · 22/04/2025 08:50

Everything a step mother does/doesn't do.

Surrogacy
A wedding party that does not contain the legal ceremony irrespective of how logistically challenging (impossible) getting a celebrant to a non registered venue may be
Trans people

Picoloangel · 22/04/2025 08:51

Being a SAHM
Being a working Mum - working anything over an hour a week with a child under 18 is neglectful and means missing out on precious memories.
Not being married.
Being married to someone who failed to wash up once - LTB! You’re worth sooo much more.
Having a baby when v young (anything under 31.5 years)
Being too old to have a baby (anything over 31.5 years)
Not having a child at a Russell Group university
Wearing anything that isn’t from Sweaty Betty, Hush or Boden

The only problem with "Karen" is there are many really lovely people that are named Karen that I feel bad about 😩

Really? You think that is the only issue?

Living in a terraced house

Struggling to pay your mortgage

DidYouEverGoBack · 22/04/2025 08:58

Decorating your house for Autumn.
TVs in bedrooms.
Not having bookshelves ‘groaning’ under the weight of books.
Sending your children to private school.
Giving your children more than a satsuma and a wooden toy for Xmas.
Giving your children anything more than one small egg for Easter.
Having a second home.
Landlords.
Celebrations for adults, no joy allowed!
Dogs in cafes.
Wind chimes.
Still mothering your children when they’re over 18.
Gaming.
Kids wearing sportswear for anything other than sport.

Being fat

Or even mentioning the F word. ‘Big’ is allowed, though.

BlueCleaningCloth · 22/04/2025 09:00

Formula feeding. In the magical world of mumsnet everyone can and therefore should breastfeed. Nobody has insufficient supply. Nobody has mental health difficulties or physical health issues that are impacted by lack of sleep. Nobody pays any mind to fathers bonding with their babies, his job is just to support mum while she cares for baby solo. It's so backwards compared to reality.

Missey85 · 22/04/2025 09:01

Tradespeople using the toilet apparently they all have germs! ☹️

Teaandtoastserveddaily · 22/04/2025 09:02

Giving your children occasional chocolate, mcdonalds or caffeine.

BlueSkyBeing · 22/04/2025 09:05

Pigeonqueen · 21/04/2025 23:02

And so they should. Awful term.

Agree it's right up there with women being called "a nag" in my opinion.

Bluebellwood129 · 22/04/2025 09:06

Living in a terraced house

That's apparently fine as long as it's a period property.
New builds
Being fat
Wearing shoes indoors - wearing slippers or walking round in bare feet does not mean you shouldn't clean your carpets regularly. Urgh.
Boarding schools
En suites - always cited as 'being in the corner of the bedroom'. It doesn't occur to posters that they're often separate rooms the same size as the bedroom

Teaandtoastserveddaily · 22/04/2025 09:06

Husbands actually wanting to have intimacy/sex with their wives.

Liking your husband.

Being happy and enjoying your life.

MrsEverest · 22/04/2025 09:10

Actually grasping that ‘raising children’ includes paying for them as a fundamental parental responsibility.

Oftenaddled · 22/04/2025 09:11

True - Georgian cottage or massive Victorian townhouse.

But if you hear or make any noise you will have to up and buy a detached that very day, and then you can Never Go Back.

Oldermum84 · 22/04/2025 09:14

Forward facing car seats for any child under 7.

Cherry8809 · 22/04/2025 09:18

The cardinal sin of having lip filler.

You can almost hear the stampede trying to type the “duck lips” post first.

CreationNat1on · 22/04/2025 09:22

Managing the perimenopause and menopause without too many complaints.

pirateshirt · 22/04/2025 09:23

Thou shalt not sail through menopause.

Thou shalt not, on pain of death, eschew HRT.

Fizbosshoes · 22/04/2025 09:24

Missey85 · 22/04/2025 09:01

Tradespeople using the toilet apparently they all have germs! ☹️

MN have a pretty low opinion of tradespeople, and bodily functions in general - the 2 combined is a disaster that means your whole renovation/extension is ruined

Boomer55 · 22/04/2025 09:25

Boreded · 22/04/2025 03:47

Men disagreeing with anything, better LTB
and don’t dream of defending a man for anything, that means you are part of the problem 😂

And never say that you’ve known a lot of nice, loving, non abusive men through life. 🙄🙄

On MN, it’s compulsory for all men being thought of as bastards.🤷‍♀️
