Unclear abbreviations annoy me more. DS - sister or son? DD - daughter or Dad? DN - niece, nephew or neighbour? DB - brother or boss? DD - daughter or dog? DC - child, children, cat or colleague? DF - father, friend, fiance, ferret?

Well, I'd like to see some guidance on quoting etiquette more generally, since I got in trouble earlier for apparently doing something or other deliberately with quote history that I still can't work out. It used to be so much easier before we had people quoting each other all over the place. It's not for the faint hearted.

I love the idea of a ban. How about 3 months for the first offence followed by a permaban for repeat offenders? Sounds completely reasonable to me.
