I’ll go first

the bloody slimy painter and decorator who thought he could quote for some work then started sending me dodgy texts . I know he’s either married or with someone. What an absolute scumbag . I’ve blocked him now and will be getting someone else to do the work .

Thames Water for putting up my (and every other poor TW customers’) bill by 46%! The thieving, disgusting, money-grabbing, useless pack of fucking cunts. I hate them

It seems to me that Thames water customers should get together and go on strike, refuse to pay until the franchise is given to someone else or nationalised.
It's not as though they can sell their water to anyone else, any more than you can buy your water from anyone else.

Walking into an elderly patient's home and having their huge intimidating son lock the front door behind me and put the keys into his jeans pocket, so that I couldn't get out again if I needed to.
Felt suddenly very threatened.
Asked him to kindly unlock the door and he started smirking saying "oh dear are you a scary cat", and "what do you think I'm going to do to you".

Angry with myself for getting into that situation and also annoyed for victim blaming myself as a really it's not my fault.

Sometimes I hate people.

Local swimming pool trying to make the changing room footwear free, which cannot be enforced. again

The selfish workmen, working at a neighbour’s house, who blocked my cul de sac with their enormous lorry. They told me they would be 5 minutes but it was over 10 Despite leaving in good time I was late for my hair appointment. What annoyed me most was they didn’t even apologise.

Ella31 · 28/03/2025 00:52

Close relatives keep referring to my soon to be born 3rd baby as my first child even though 17 months ago I buried my twin babies - my first twin was stillborn and we had to turn off life support on his twin brother at 5 days old, 5 days later. They act like they never existed or was just a blip in the road. There's never a single day I don't think about them and that doesn't mean I don't love my upcoming baby, but I'll always love and miss my sons too.

cryingandshaking · 28/03/2025 00:52

The house I drive past on my way to work that does OTT decorations for every festivity. It’s well-known and people travel to see it especially at Christmas, but I personally think it looks a bit shit, especially the current Easter display, which includes “cross” bunting. This They also use that dreadful fake cobweb stuff at Halloween which must end up killing some of the wildlife in their garden 😞

I'm not sure I follow, are you annoyed at taking your shoes off, or that no-one follows the rule?

Hear hear! They've been polluting the waterways, not investing in infrastructure (more leaks) and paying their shareholders millions and we're being mugged for it.

Cuts to disability benefits that will put 250,000 more people into poverty including 50,000 children.
I just don't understand how they can do this.
Even more annoying seeing them completely denying it and saying the impact statement doesn't take into account people who will get jobs because of it. PIP is not an out of work benefit, those who claim & are working may have to stop working and the rest probably can't work anyway!

Having to travel by bus today and no one offered me a seat even though I’m obviously disabled (walking sticks and a very visible tremor). I actually asked if anyone could spare their seat, silence. So I had to ask the driver to let me back off. I actually sat and cried a little in the bus stop afterwards. People’s attitudes to disabled people has really deteriorated lately with the government insinuating we are all on the scam for benefits and don’t work. It’s upset me more than it usually would this week for obvious reasons.

So sorry to hear that, I totally understand the feeling that what the government is doing is changing people's perceptions of disabled and chronically ill people and not many people seem to care

Ohthatsabitshit · 28/03/2025 01:28

An annoying twat of a pedestrian who on seeing my very obviously disabled son made a complete performance out of standing aside for him. Ds really struggles to know where to be on a pavement and walked in between the guy and his friend. Honestly get a fucking life and if someone has the decency to apologise when they make a mistake for fucks sake don’t tut and act like you’ve been goosed. Mannerless ignorant arse.

Goart · 28/03/2025 01:43

Teaching my dd to drive. She indicated to turn, turned carefully. The utter wanker behind who thought she didn’t do it quick enough hooting at her. Nasty prick hooting at a learner for doing nothing at all wrong. He must have been held up for all of 3 seconds.

ByEdgyPeer · 28/03/2025 01:50

The usual work nonsense, £103 million profit and nothing to show for it

I agree it is awful.

Next time, instead of asking to get off the bus, ask the driver to request that someone gives up their seat for you.

Find your inner bitch 'I'm not having this!' persona and shame these selfish, inconsiderate gits.

This. Because aren’t there notices at the front few seats that say you have to give up your seat for a disabled person? Surely the driver would have asked someone on your behalf then.
Maybe they don’t have those notices anymore. I haven’t been on a bus for four years since my daughter passed her driving test.

Yes, there's a notice saying that certain seats are reserved for the elderly, pregnant and those with disabilities. The driver can't turf people out of the seats because people may have hidden disabilities.

I’m also pissed off that my DH went to Morrisons and forgot to buy the dolly mixtures I’ve been craving all day even though it was the last thing I said to him before he left and I rang him while he was there.

I’m going to LTB

My husband always forgets stuff i ask for😡

My 3 month old who refuses daytime naps, well she doesn’t annoy me but in the moment, rocking a baby for 30 mins to have them waking after 10 is annoying.

Some prick honked at me for letting someone who was waiting turn right into the road I was approaching. I find extending an arm out the window and giving the middle finger helps

This is awful and they should be all ashamed. I watched a similar thing with a wheelchair this week. Young adults were sat in the allocated stop and just stared at the wheelchair user who was trying to get into the space. They spoke up and said ‘You’ll have to move. Now!!’

Ah you work in my office too!

I’m definitely fighting this one. The cost to file in court is not that high and it will be worth it to cause them the hassle of having to try to defend it.

@TheRealMcKenna

I'd also be looking to claim any monies spent on doing so back from them.

That's so awful. The driver could have asked too. There are clear signs by disabled seats.
