To think this dog is a XL Bully? (Pic attached)

Went shopping today & saw this muzzled dog opposite. Gave me a shock as I v rarely see muzzled dogs in my area & never ones that resemble XL Bullies. I know the pic is blurred,

You can't be too careful. At least it's muzzled. I saw this yesterday. Terrifying! I reported it, obviously.

Looks more like a Cane Corso type dog than an XL bully. XL Bully would be more short and squat.

Of course it's impossible for anyone to tell what kind of dog that is .
But if it had a muzzle on then the owner is been responsible.

As pp have said it may be that the dog eats rubbish / food / fox poo .
It may also be nervous and bite out of fear or it could be a aggressive xbully so they are obeying the law by keeping on a lead and muzzled

I think it's a capybara, isn't it? They're pretty chonky and XL capybaras are known to be armed/legged and dangerous. Big snouts though so top marks to owner for getting the muzzle on.

It’s got nine legs. Surely that should make it eaay to identify?
