Apologies if there’s already a thread on this, but how many more lives have to be taken in these horrific attacks before the Government admit that the current measures are failing. It surely has come to the point now that all XL Bullies should be euthanised.

There should be child-free restaurants and shops and also dog-free restaurants and shops. That way people can choose.

When is something going to be done about these damn dogs. Just ban them all! No more arguments about banned breeds and whether a dog is of that breed or not. No more deaths or savage maulings by dogs. People can have other animals as pets. It really is a win/win situation.

It will happen if there continues to be dog attacks and people carry on getting dogs that are completely unsuitable for their homes and lives.

Exactly this. Too many bad dog owners these days, and too many out of control dangerous dogs.

You can hope all you like, but surely you are sensible enough to realise that there will never be a ban on owning all dog breeds. The cry of “just ban them all!” is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever read on here.

If you are referring to me, I was replying to the poster who started by saying dangerous dogs should be banned, and then went on to say to save arguing about which breeds are dangerous we should just ban them all, and get other pets instead.

Do I agree XL bullies should be banned and culled? Absolutely.
