Im fairly clued up I've been following the case quite closely. I'll correct some incorrect statements.
They werent being "held indefinitely: in romania, their case was huge, involves multiple victims accross different countries, involves 4 perpetrators (tates and 2 ladies who were the violent enforcement in the trafficking operation, also involves other crimes such as money laundering inciting violence, rape and influencing statements.
During the initial investigation, a further pool of victims were uncovered. Which includes trafficking victims, trafficking minors and andrew has evidence of anally raping a minor.
So there are two criminal investigations on going, and at the conclusion of the investigation they should go to trial.
Reasons it is taking so long.
- It's just a long process, even in uk and America a trafficking/organised crime case can take several years to conclude.
- Their case is MASSIVE.
- tates can afford the very best legal team, and they have done every delaying / postponing tactic possible to avoid trial.
Alongside this, the tates also have an expedition arrest warrant to the UK who are trial ready for criminal proceedings in the UK, for rape and trafficking. The agreement was that romania concludes their trial/sentencing then the uk will have them.
It was rumoured a couple of weeks ago, members of MAGA crew attempted to encourage romsnian prosecutors to ease travel restrictions. A possible theory for this is many are likely members of tates war room, a network where men discuss strategies of pyschological manipulation, isolating women, and coercing women into sex work. Discussing tests to see how susceptible women/girls are to manipulation, e.g agreeing to brand them with their names, getting then to do pointless favours. For example Candace owens husband is a member.
Alternatively, it could just be that tates views on beating/raping women allign with their views.
Romania released a statement saying that their request to leave was to tend to a family matter, and they must return end of March, however I don't think romania will have much luck enforcing that.
Florida has just reported theyll instigate their own investigation today.
They are prolific liars, and unfortunately people don't fact check they just take their word for it.
At present, it's obvious they are attempting to flee justice, and have used bribes/corruption in their favour.
In addition to the 3 pending criminal charges, there's a civil case in the UK for rape and abuse, and a civil case in florida.
The Florida case is particularly insidious, the lady is the first victim who managed to escape. The tates tried to sue her for false allegations, and named her, they said she lead an ex to kill himself and had accused several men of trafficking. Non of which was true, the reality of the story is she was a vulnerable young lady (orphan from a third world country) and when she was a minor she was raped by older men (aged 30-50), one of which was jailed. Tates lawyers displayed the men who engaged in relationships with her as a minor as the victims, and her, a child, as a "romance scammer". The woman and her parents had to go into hiding as she received threats. Tates did this as a display of what happens if you attempt to speak out against them.
They are very evil men, please don't write them off as not a big deal. These men have a large following of young men/boys.
Its scary.
The evidence is abundant they are traffickers, teachers of trafficking, rapists, abusers and peadophiles. They are just very good at spinning the media narrative that all of their legal drama is because they are "controversial".
If they successfully manage to evade justice in romania and uk, it's a travesty.
Sorry for long post. (And likely poorly written as its done on my phone)
