Every day waking up to yet another insane declaration from Trump. America is losing the respect of the world

It's like a parallel universe - how did America come to this? So now he plans to ethnically cleanse Gaza we are told - to create the 'Riviera of the Middle East.' A golf course and hotels probably. The £2 million people can just go wherever. Wtf! AIBU to think America is imploding in on itself?

Is anyone surprised? He's basically an incompetent version of Hitler.

Palestinians can only leave if Israel let them - they are basically in a prison. As none of the surrounding countries will take them, there is no where for them to leave to.
Hamas are hardly going to welcome the Americans in to rebuild - they’ll bomb them.

Well shame on them then. If hamas really cared about the people they claim to represent, they would welcome people making it better for them. But clearly they're happy for their people to live in a slum.

Yep 🤣🤣🤣🤣 suspect the poster lives in trump bubble. Majority think he's mad and dangerous

Not the majority of Americans it seems.....

The point here is that Hamas are to blame for it being a pile of rubble. Had they released the hostages straight after Oct 7th, Israel would not have been fighting with Hamas. Hamas have prolonged this for over a year, and nothing has been achieved because they're now releasing hostages anyway. What was the point of it all?!

That's really not how international law works...

Hamas don’t care about the Palestinian people anymore than Trump cares about the American population (unless they are rich)

Nothing to do with international law. Just needed to release the hostages earlier. Simple as that really...

Yes of course, a group of terrorists, hamas, made the state sponsored Israel terror machine bomb the hell out of people and refuse them water or aid.

PollyPaintsFlowers · 06/02/2025 11:02

Palestinians don't want to leave Gaza. Fine.

What do they intend to do in order to build a prosperous, peaceful future for themselves?

Hamas have promised more atrocities against Israel so they're not going to build or govern Gaza in the Palestinians' best interests.

Hamas want the West (and Israel 🤣) to pay for the reconstruction of Gaza, for what? So they start another war in a year or two and it just gets destroyed again?

When are Palestinian parents going to stop sending their kids on Hamas run training camps and radicalising generation after generation? When are Gazans going to start glorifying peace instead of martyrdom?

Israel isn't going anywhere so what are they going to do?

ARealitycheck · 06/02/2025 11:04

juggleit · 06/02/2025 10:06

Indeed, they started the masacre, and still people defend the Palestinian government.

If your relative happens to blow himself up in the name of Allah, the remaining living family will be reimbursed financially for their martyrdom from the Palestinian government. They are a corrupt and evil regime who does not seek a two state solution only massacre and death to the Jewish people.
The Palestianian people are being fed a constant lie to keep the terrorists and corrupt government in place and enjoying their beautiful condo’s in Quatar while their people starve and live in abject poverty.

Why on earth should the actions of one group of bampots have to result in the wholesale murder of innocent Palestinians?

Maybe if Gazans hadn't destroyed the Israeli built water system left behind after they withdrew from Gaza in 2005 and used the parts to build rockets they wouldn't be reliant on Israel for water now

Again, the actions of some nutters excuses the Israel state of what amounts to war crimes against innocent people?

Again, if Gazans hadn't deliberately destroyed their water system because they thought attacking Israel was more important than fresh water they wouldn't be reliant in a country they hate for fresh water

But they didn't do this. Dismantling a few greenhouses doesn't equate to destroying the entire water system
Why aren't you questioning why Israel was firing at water tanks?

Ilovemytulips · 06/02/2025 11:10

BTW alot of infrastructure in Gaza was paid for by Arab and muslim countries.

Yes children not even born when that happened should suffer for that? Hamas is a terror organisation. They do not represent all Palestinians. Want to stop creating more terrorists, don't terrorise todays children.

Ilovemytulips · 06/02/2025 11:12

Anyway I will leave this thread now. It's sad to see such hate on here against the Palestinians.
Peace to all ✌️

It wasn't just the greenhouses, they dug up all the water pipes and used the tubes to build rockets

Where's the Palestinians' agency in all of this? Do you think they don't know or can't do any better?

Maybe they could start by not teaching their kids there's glory in martyrdom and stop their summer camps where kids march around with fake machine guns

You are obviously determined to see the continuation of murdering innocents on the basis of a small number of people. Shame.

No they did not. You can criticise without lying about it, the small number of water pipes dug up were disfunctional pipes from abandoned Israeli settlements. Whilst they still shouldn't have done that, it's really not what you are attempting to portray.

The real reason the Palestinians don't have running water is because Israel has destroyed almost all essential infrastructure during the course of the war. Now you can blame that on Hamas if you want and absolve Israel of all responsibility (including targeting and bombing the said infrastructure) but please do so with the correct information.

Funny you think Trump would actually invest in Gaza….

it's the control of oil routes, as always is and was....no further ports apart from Israeli ports will exist. Syria gone. Lebanon gone. Palestinian ports obviously gone. Everything else is just a smoke screen.

No @Humdingerydoo, I don't think there's anything odd or aggressive about asking someone for stats from a poster talking about numbers. I didn't pretend anything, I responded to the conversation I quoted.

You a bit sensitive?

You said you thought it was a rhetorical question, yet demanded answers. Quite odd.

Not sensitive, just highly bemused by your posts on here.

I'm not the dishonest one here. Prior to the war Gaza was already reliant on Israel for their water, it's nothing to do with what Israel did during the war

Why were there water pipelines running from Israel to Gaza prior to the war if there was existing infrastructure there?
