...how many of you would happily poo in front of your DH's/DP's?

No, I don't. Is it necessary? Don't mind in front of dcs (no choice sometimes). Would rather just be alone if possible.

chunkychips · 07/05/2008 23:46

He does sometimes try to come in and ask me questions, I mean, can't it wait? Get quite agitated. What about the wiping business, I mean that would be too much information.

Tortington · 07/05/2008 23:46

one bathroom 5 adults - if i need a crap whilst he is having a shave - i'll have one

its not like its often - its hardly ever

he's seen me in worse situations

Rhubarb · 07/05/2008 23:47

No. I won't even pee in front of him. I prefer to have an element of privacy in the relationship. Once you've seen them crap then there's no mystery left is there?

Rhubarb · 07/05/2008 23:47

You fookin' following me custardo?

Joash · 07/05/2008 23:49

I'm the same as custardo, if I need to go, then I will go. However, I absolutely refuse to be in there if DH needs to do i.

YEP, no problem at all.

honeybehappy · 08/05/2008 08:01

For some reason i always need a poo when DH is having a nice bath.
When DH needs a poo the kids have to come downstairs so he can have some peace. He once woke me up on my lay in day so i could keep them quite downstaris.I told him to fuck off and try having them run in and out the bathroom coz thats what they do when i'm in there.

Sexonlegs · 08/05/2008 08:04

I thought you meant someone had taken a crap on your phone!!!!

Lowfat · 08/05/2008 08:07

Agree with the privacy thing, some things are better done alone!

Having said that he has seen me give birth twice and I poo'd both times then! But I had other things on my mind at the time

bran · 08/05/2008 08:11

I prefer to be on my own, in fact I quite like a bit of peace and quiet for most bathroom things like brushing teeth and cleansing face etc.

I never go in when dh is doing a poo, unless it's extremely urgent in which case I hold my breath for as long as possible. [gag]

louloulouise · 08/05/2008 09:05

I have no problem sh1tting in front of my DH but second PP that if DH is taking a dump you need a blardy gas mask if you need to go anywhere near the bathroom. My dumps smell of roses, naturally .

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 08/05/2008 09:11

I will if needs be, but prefer not to. I refuse to let DH snog me at the same time though!

glaskham · 08/05/2008 09:17

i prefer not to, but he has a habit of needing a poo just as i get in the bath!!! i dont mind weeing in front of DH, but dont want him to hear my poo plopping inot the toilet!!!

poodlepusher · 08/05/2008 09:19

I will, though he can't pee if I am in the room with him.

theressomethingaboutmarie · 08/05/2008 10:18

i'll wee in front of him but don't want him to ever see my "poo face" (you know, when you're having to work at it) so I don't poo in his prescence.

Jura - I'm even worse. Sitting here laughing at my own joke

WanderingTrolley · 08/05/2008 10:27

I have never done a poo on a telephone.

You people are sick.

WanderingTrolley · 08/05/2008 10:28

is this a poo face - ?

theressomethingaboutmarie · 08/05/2008 10:29

We do roar with laughter at our daughters poo face. She's seven and a half months old and you can see her having a good old push whilst turning scarlet. She also grunts whilst pooing to... I think she gets it from me

theressomethingaboutmarie · 08/05/2008 10:30

Wandering Trolly - that's about it! A copy of Grazia in hand and off we go!

ipanemagirl · 08/05/2008 10:32

Never poo infront of anyone except sometimes ds because he won't leave the room!

brimfull · 08/05/2008 10:34

god no

even the dog looks embarrassed when she poos-she puts her face in the bush which is doggy equivalent of closing the door
