I am genuinely keen to see just how much influence a Trump administration has on broader UK policy (Musk, Zuckerberg and Bezos aside).

Libertarianism is a wonderful thing, and I am optimistic this will extend to fiscal policy, as well as a rolling back of the welfare state.

The impending bonfire of DEI and wokeism in the US, will hopefully catch throughout the West. The UK is notable for its recent journey on the socialist experiment - we are an anomaly.

I think Europe should welcome American isolationism and take steps to help them along. Cut access to Twxtter, Facebook etc. Start our own social media platforms. Let them leave NATO - time we stood on our own two feet. We're a big enough continent who just don't want to pay for our own defence. Do no trade with them. Cut diplomatic relations. Make our own movies, TV shows etc - it will only boost our economy. Shut them out. And if they start another war, let them do it on their own.

Much of which is hugely inflationary, so you might want to prepare people to become a lot poorer at the same time.

Oh, and you will probably need to introduce conscription - for fairly obvious reasons.

But would you agree that the publicity Musk generated has led to the implementation of one of the recommendations from the Jay inquiry (which Prof Jay herself has said) or led to the agreement by Labour for a further local inquiry backed by central government (which Chris Bryant Labour Minister also confirmed on Question Time last week).

If he was really concerned he would be highlighting all this behaviour, not just ones based on skin tone.

The victims of the rape gangs endured unimaginable torture. Some of those little girls are now dead, some suffered life-changing injuries. Is it so unimaginable that Musk is a human being and a father genuinely upset by what he has seen or is is it just that certain people need to make him the real evil bogeyman out to stir up trouble, it's easier than confronting what the need to feel like a liberal lefty has allowed to happen?
