to be sick of threads asking for people's opinions on things, in which the poster gets upset if someone's opinion is not what they want to hear.

Apologies if this has been done a million times before, haven't been on here that long

But aaaaaaargh

Why post asking for opinions then get all huffy if the opinion makes you feel bad or isn't what you want to hear?

Have just encountered this a LOT today and it frankly puts me off posting on any thread which asks for my honest opinion.

Note: I will not be offended by any opinion on this topic

My new neighbours seem to constantly move furniture around and stomp a lot, but seeing as
they have a 2yo I will let them off. Prays for a house, where the stomping will be done by my children (different obviously lol). This thread has me pmsl.

havalina · 04/05/2008 22:07

I remember shouty shagging people next to my mums house, after a long protrascted shouty argument the bloke shouted "well do you want your hole or not" which had me lol and

foxinsocks · 04/05/2008 22:09

lol

oh that is foul foul foul

I am very pleased I have a category for them now and that there are lots of others who fall into it. Pleasing and disturbing at the same time!

Last night, the woman was shouting 'JEF JEF I JUST WANT TO FUCKING TALK JEF' (screeched at the top of her voice as he walked out and slammed the door)

MrsMattie · 04/05/2008 22:11

Glad this thread was resurrected for the night time crowd.

As a shouty shaggy type, I find it offensive, though

QuintessentialShadows · 04/05/2008 22:13

I have shagged dh in the garden on a few occasions, once broke the garden table.
I guess I could be an irritating neighbour. Never thought about it that way...

foxinsocks · 04/05/2008 22:14

nah Quint, you were just entertainment for them

QuintessentialShadows · 04/05/2008 22:14

what on earth compelled me to share that piece of information???

QuintessentialShadows · 04/05/2008 22:15

lol fox, not as much entertainment as when we were both showering in the garden in the mornings, 7 am when we thought they would all be asleep. Our bathroom was being scrapped and rebuilt, and we only had a watering can....

QuintessentialShadows · 04/05/2008 22:16

somebody stop me!!!

foxinsocks · 04/05/2008 22:16

come and sit down next to me on the couch and I'll pour you a cup of tea

QuintessentialShadows · 04/05/2008 22:30

Think I should go to bed. I am an hour ahead of you. (Besides dh came home from jogging, all sweaty)

Good Night!
