There is not a serious left-leaning mainstream newspaper in Britain, but you will know as well as I do that there never has been one in my lifetime (and we of similar vintages). The Morning Star (does it still exist? In print?) never sold more than 5K copies a day, and I am being generous. The Grauniad came closest and frankly it is usually so dull that I can't think why anyone would buy it, except on a Saturday for its excellent food pages.

Her ideas about justice blew my mind. A recipe for race warfare surely, if the state started administering justice for different races set to different criminal standards and using different sentencing tariffs according to the colour of your skin.
