Monday is the last day of Christmas.

Ours stay up until Twelfth Night. But only go up a week or 10 daysbefore Christmas.

Mine came down yesterday but up until twelfth night is fair game as far as I'm concerned.

It's still Christmas. Some people take them down on Twelfth Night, some on Epiphany and a few at Candlemas. It is literally Christmastide.

Perhaps your annoyance should be decorated at those who decorate pre and during Advent?

It's still Christmas season until Candlemas 40 days after Christmas. Save your ire for those who start putting Christmas decorations up the day after Halloween!

People can keep them on till twelfth night, you are being unreasonable.
Far far more irritating are the people who put them on in November, are you one of those OP?

Wait for Epiphany to take them down. All that work to put them up and they look so pretty. Why take them down early?

Come back after 6 January if its still an issue. Until then it's fair game to have Christmas lights and decorations up. Even ones not to your taste.

Our tree and mantle lights are still up. I’m enjoying the last night of them before we de-Christmas tomorrow/return to work on Monday.

I leave mine up till March. They aren't Christmas themed though tbf. Just coloured lights.
I take down anything that's specifically Christmas themed next week.
But I leave up the nice lights for the whole of the winter.

No - mine stay up and on until Twelfth Night. People who put them up in November and are now sick of the sight of them are the ones in the wrong.

January can be miserable as it is, so no problem personally.
