I wonder how many bleating about Musk talking about Rotherham as "interfering" but don't mind Obama stuck his oar in on Brexit.
Much like the Post Office scandal none of our political parties have come out of this exactly shining in glory.
Someone else on here pointed out Conservatives had been in power for the past 14 years, that's true but it's also true that this started well before that, was happening when Labour were in power, and they hung anyone who tried to bring this to light out to dry.
I can't abide Musk but his interference has shone light on the fact that these gangs carried out monstrous atrocities on girls as young as 11. I think that a lot of people have only just realised the extent of the depravity this week.
Fortunately and sometimes unfortunately people have the right to say what they want. How do we judge whether that interference is right or wrong? Are countries right to comment on the war in Gaza or Ukraine? Should anyone outside the USA comment on Trump's illegal activities or Biden's possible senility?
Talk is largely outside our control. Whether our political parties should be allowed to accept funds from non UK citizens is another matter.
