It seems they've cruised along nicely. Thank you tax payer. 20 holidays in 1 year

@LadyKenya but surely if you put yourself out there on telly and Instagram and so on, you open yourself up to all the criticism?

If you start monetising your lives in public, people won't 'leave you alone' - the family don't WANT people to leave them alone as then they won't make any money?! You can't have it both ways. I can't bear people who have made their lives public for money and then complain when people don't like them. Stupid.

Yuck indeed. From grok:

  • Sue Radford was 13 when she first became pregnant, and Noël was 17 at the time. They were both below and above the age of consent, respectively, in the UK, where the age of consent is 16.

Well, in Dubai thus would land him/ them in jail.

People are so naive. The tax payer paid out a fortune for them before they got successful with their social media and tv career. He’s not Mr Kipling fgs. And giving birth 22 times, sending all those kids to school etc doesn’t come cheap.

This. Absolutely this.

I believe they support themselves completely. I do question why anyone would want 20 (?) children though.

The state covered their schooling and their healthcare costs. Times 20, that's a hell of a lot. Plus child benefit, and all her pregnancies and births.

Thank you taxpayer 😂 they've got a successful business and make a fortune from social media. I can think of worse people to get riled up about. Their lifestyle choice really doesn't offend me in the slightest much as my brain is blown at the thought of that many kids!

Go back in time

The threads about them on cough the other^ forum * is eye opening!

JadeScroller · 17/12/2024 18:47

They will make an enormous amount of money from online content creation so I don’t think they’re holidaying at the taxpayer’s expense, but I personally think it’s impossible to be good parents to 22 children and I think the older ones are consistently roped in to care for the younger ones which is inappropriate and can be abusive.

JetskiSkyJumper · 17/12/2024 18:47

They have a holiday almost every other week? I doubt it.

SybilTheSpy · 17/12/2024 18:48

ma and pa give me the absolute creeps.

AnarchismUK · 17/12/2024 18:48

I'm surprised this is still up. He's well creepy. I'm no mathematician but he groomed a child...

AnyoneSomeone · 17/12/2024 18:49

I would think they pay a fair amount of tax on their earnings.

Likely a trauma response due to being groomed by a peadophile.

Rightsraptor · 17/12/2024 18:50

Who are the Radfords?

MamaClausToTheRescue · 17/12/2024 18:50

didn’t they both either grow up in care or have a difficult start in life? If so, no judgement from me and well done to them both for what they’ve achieved.

i didn’t know they were doing tv and content creation but i know who they are because many years ago, back when ‘baby boards’ were a thing on babycentre (maybe they’re still a thing?), Sue R was one of the normal posters about her pregnancy and mentioned she had so many other kids. Then at one point said they were actually going to be on tv. Then years later I saw something about them in the paper or on tv and realised who they were.

I’m allowed my opinion aren’t I? 😂 if you don’t like what people are saying maybe you should leave this thread

I may just take your advice, it is always the same though, people carping on about how much they cost the taxpayer, "creepy Chris", and his escapades with the underage Sue. Nobody seems to mention the fact that her parents did nada about that. If they were so bothered, then they should have filed a police complaint. They are married, they have been for years, and it is obvious that the number of children that they have produced is a product of trauma, that they have both suffered from. I am just taken aback by the amount of vitriol that they seem to elicit from people. What matters at the end of the day, is how her actual family feel about things. Some of them are adults now, and so do not have to expose their lives, if they do not wish too, I would have thought.

Riapia · 17/12/2024 18:51

I sense a lot of envy on this thread.
😉😁😁.

Imjustlikeyou2 · 17/12/2024 18:52

I wouldn’t consider myself ‘a fan’ but from what I do know, both the parents were brought up in care and seem perfectly good parents to their 22 children. Yes he was 18 & she was 14, but so was I & my first boyfriend I lost my virginity to (well he was 17) if anything I was the instigator and he was always and still is a very nice and respectable boy/man and definitely not a predator as some like to make out. They had troubled starts and dreamed of a family clearly. I implore you to watch their tv show and make your own judgment, there are far, far worse parents of 1 or 2 children imo.

quantumbutterfly · 17/12/2024 18:53

The world is overpopulated with humanity, nobody should be having that many children.

“Creepy Chris??” The dad is called Noel 🥴 what are you talking about?

SatansBobbleheadedDashboardOrnament · 17/12/2024 18:55

Yes.

Patienceinshortsupply · 17/12/2024 18:55

I've never understood the love they get. Their children may be fed, clothed and warm but I'd question the amount of parenting each child gets.... older ones looking after the younger while Mum focuses all her attention onto the baby and then when that's a toddler, she's pregnant again.

Looks a miserable existence for those kids having their every milestone sold on social media.

I think maybe the poster made a slip as the Radfords have just been on holiday with the Inghams. The dad is Chris Ingham, frequently referred to as Creepy Chris.

Sorry, I got the name mixed up with their oldest son.
