To ask about men 5ft 7 and 9 stone?

I’m getting back with my ex - and he mentioned last night he was 9 stone - he’s 5ft 7

i always thought he’s got a gorgeous lean physique but still think this sounds skinny for a man

but he looks fabulous I think 🙌

Any thoughts on these stats ?

M6 husband is 6'2 17 stone (not fat). Sorry but 5'7 and 9 stone would be like dating Mr Bean.

It would be too small for me, my ex was about 5'7 and 9.5 st and it made me feel like a rugby player. He was also small framed which made it even worse 😂

Better the Scalextric than my second choice of pressie for him - which would’ve seen his eyes light up when playing with his Chopper on Xmas Day !

Assuming he's of typical build (i.e. not a body-builder, rugby forward, etc.), 9 st (57 kg) is within the healthy body mass index (BMI) range for a 5'7" (170 cm) male (BMI=19.7 kg/m²). It's towards the lower end of the healthy range, but it's not underweight. The healthy range is 18.5-24.9 kg/m².

Having only recently managed to get my own BMI out of the obese range and into the overweight, I'm perhaps a bit more interested in this than I should be.

BMI under 20. That’s a massive no from me.
