Moustaches are hot! (beards absolutely not!)

I’m not sure if moustaches are having a moment but AIBU to find them really really attractive on men, especially when I detest beards (don’t mind stubble)?

• Tom selleck/ Sam Elliot (oldies but goodies)
• Aiden turner on Rivals (even Danny dyer)
• Pedro pascal
• My fav- Mike Wozniak the comedian
• Bob from Bobs Burgers …I know, too far!

I think it signifies competency to me, which I find deeply attractive in a man. If he had his shirt sleeves rolled up, hairy arms, watch, hand on the headrest while reverse parking, all with a lovely tash, I honestly think I’d faint!

Beards, yuk! Find them scruffy and hate the feel of them. The ONLY exception to beards is that dapper bodyguard who works for King Charles.

I've seen a lot of men with mullets and big moustaches today, and it's such a revoltingly off-putting look I can't imagine how anyone would find it attractive.

Moustaches with even a well maintained beard, I just find deeply unattractive. Yet just a moustache, I think is super hot .

Yep. Totally. I listen to him on the excellent three bean salad podcast - no visuals obvs but being funny def makes him hotter.

I prefer a beard to stubble, though. Stubble hurts my face, IIRC. Beards are much softer.

It says I managed to shave all of my face except this bit to me. Short-lived Movember ones are tolerable but they give me the creeps and turn the most handsome face into that of a depraved deviant.

I agree with you OP! I've been reflecting on this lately and I think it's because men have such boring faces. A nice moustache livens things up.

Facial hair is the only real "make up" equivalent that men have. But a tache is bad.

Reading the Twits put me off facial hair for life. Stubble OK. Nowhere for Cornflakes to hide.

Not a fan of the old 'stach. Having lived in Australia for a while as a kid and being surrounded by moustachioed men with mullets it kind of put me off them for life!

I don't like full or long beards either though.

However, a nice bit of looked after stubble though can look quite hot.

I like a well groomed beard AND a tash on its own. Patrick Grant. Ted Lasso. But then I'm not picky.
