I've been looking at videos of the lovely Cynthia from the Wicked movie a few years ago. She looked wonderful and healthy. Now her face is all sharp angles. The same for Ariana who looks dangerously thin. I've heard many say that it's the gruelling film schedules etc but I don't see the male members looking like a lettuce leaf would fill them up.
Isn't it sad that actresses still feel this need to look a certain way whilst men don't

She has. I think she has been going through a relapse for a while now although I'm sure all the pressure from being in Wicked hasn't helped.

I'm reminded of Joaquin Phoenix in Joker 2. I was absolutely shocked at how thin he was. It was uncomfortable to watch. Abuse of your body for a role.

As a PP has alluded to, the widespread use of PED will take its toll on many lead actors' health though it will be less obvious and perhaps take longer. The recreational drug use by both sexes similarly.

To think she was only 47 when she died. She looks in her 70s at least here. The studios destroyed her.
