To pretend this school mum simply does not exist

I found out through a mutual 'friend' that a particular school mum had been talking badly about me behind my back.

Aibu to just ignore her existence?

She has, in the past, turned her whole back on me to exclude me from a conversation.

I would just smile and move on. Don't get into any type of situation where you have to say anything.

So, say hello back? That really rankles.

I don't really want to be a dick, but equally I don't want to be a walk over

Well put on your big girl pants and speak to her about it if you’re that bothered.

Ignoring people/sending them to Coventry is what we called it in school is childish behaviour.

You are all grown ups, act like it.

Just ignore her. Ignore the lot of her little crew.
Can guarantee that after a few weeks, one of her friends will ask you if you have a problem with Cruella. Stirring the pot. reply with “Who?” Blank face. “Cruella? Have I ? Didn’t notice.” Then say no more. Shut it down. Let them know that it’s water off a ducks back. They are game playing, but you’re not taking part.
